Please note, guests must present the confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guest first and last name.
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.

Muito bom!
Pros:

Quarto amplo proporcionando hospedagem bem confortável. As camas são muito boas e a roupa de cama estava impecável. O café da manhã tem muitas opções e estava muito bom.

Cons:

O hotel não fica muito próximo das atrações da região, mas é bom para quem está viajando a negócios devido a proximidade com o distrito industrial.

Café da manhã com boa variedade, cama confortável.

Cons:

O chuveiro estava com problema na alavanca e a água estava saindo gelada, o ar condicionado era bem fraco a internet não funciona nos quartos. Poderiam modernizar um pouco mais a academia e o ar condicionado de lá também era bem fraco.

Hotel bem limpo e agradável, estadia silenciosa.
Pros:

Minha estadia no hotel foi muito boa. As acomodações eram confortáveis, o atendimento da equipe foi cordial e prestativo, e a estrutura do hotel atendeu bem às expectativas.

O café da manhã era bom e oferecia variedade de opções. No entanto, percebi que alguns itens, especialmente os pães, estavam duros ou aparentavam não estar tão frescos, o que poderia ser melhorado para proporcionar uma experiência mais agradável aos hóspedes.

Cons:

Como ponto de melhoria, gostaria de destacar que a piscina estava em manutenção no domingo às 10h da manhã, justamente durante o período da minha hospedagem. Infelizmente, por esse motivo, não consegui utilizar uma das áreas de lazer que mais aguardava aproveitar. Seria interessante que manutenções programadas fossem realizadas em horários de menor utilização ou que os hóspedes fossem informados previamente.

Quarto bom, localização muito ruim.
Pros:

Quarto de acordo com o esperado e atendimento atencioso dos funcionários.

Cons:

A localização é muito ruim. Fica no meio de estradas com muito fluxo de veículos e caminhões. É impossível caminhar. Não tem calçadas e nem sinalização para pedestres. Tive que mu locomover com carros de aplicativo durante toda a estadia. Mesmo para ir em espaços próximos, era impossível.
