Please note, guests must present the confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guest first and last name.
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. No geral é um bom custo benenficio, se o seu objetivo não for turismo.

Quartos confortáveis, limpeza, variedade no café da manhã e, principalmente, a simpatia e cordialidade do Sr Marinaldo.

Cons:

A localização deixa um pouco a desejar e as opções de refeições para pedidos nos quartos possuem um custo benefício muito ruim, pois além de caras não são boas. Pedi um prato de alcatra com fritas e salda para almoçar e a carne veio completamente passada, dura, e a batata encharcado no oleo, e me custou 70 reais.
