Canceled my initial booking, ac didn’t work in room when I had to book another room, bugs and beetles were on the couch, toilet papers were already opened and used, fridge stunk, room was beyond humid, sheets had hair under the pillow, breakfast was terrible, bagels stale, eggs were straight water, no waffle machine, tv had apps but none were available or able to be used, terrible stay overall.
