It was an okay stay for what it was needed
Pros:

Very outdated. Lighting in the room was awful bathroom looked like it had pieces falling apart tv remote was falling off. Tv signal kept cutting off. Pool was cold. Everything in the room looked very outdated but overall okay stay for the trip we needed wouldn’t come back though.

Great overnight stay!
Pros:

Great hotel during travels from the airport. Had a late night check in and the staff was very kind and helpful. Morning front desk staff set up a shuttle to the airport that was there and ready before our scheduled time. Continental breakfast was great! Scrambled eggs, sausages, toppings for the eggs, breads and bagels to toast, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, some fresh fruits.
Room and hotel common areas were clean and comfortable. It was a good price for the brief experience we had.
Would definitely stay here again!

I will never stay there again

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on rocks. The lighting is horrible. There is no light at all as you enter the room or even were the mirror is across from the bed. Desk person would not work anything out to return any of my money because we had to leave on Sunday. There was a bad winter storm coming in where we live. So we left early to get home safely desk person said she would not work out anything because she had no one to clean. They never cleaned the room while we were there. We had nothing but dirty towels

Good Stay!
Pros:

This is a nice accommodation. Large rooms. Pool was good. Breakfast was good. Near stores and fast food restaurants.

Cons:

It needs some updating. For example, two metal prongs were extending from the bottom of the bed (each side) They covered it, but it was still a hazard.2) The inspection certification for the elevator has expired. 3) Needs later late check out for free.

Staff was great. The room was a bit outdated and the $200 extra fee for One tha a spa room is wild.
Pros:

The staff was great. The room was clean. Outdated a bit but clean. The beds aren't very comfortable. The spa tub was nice, but a $200 refundable fee for a room with a spa tub in a room that really needs updating is wild.

Pros:

Rooms were clean and looked newly remodeled breakfast that came with the room was very good

Cons:

Lots of groups with children checked in so the halls outside our room were noisy until about 10:30 11 o’clock at night however that comes along with a type of hotel/conference location that we picked at horrible just if you don’t like that type of a thing going on until those hours you might wanna double check with the hotel if there are any booked during the time you were going to stay there otherwise I would highly recommend the hotel.

Mixed Bag
Pros:

Location, Room size, Friendly staff.

Cons:

I did not get the price listed on Booking.com, For some reason I was charged full price. Why did I even go through your site? The beds were too soft for me. Woke up with pain everywhere. I could hear everything everywhere in this hotel.

Not handicapped accessible no ramps or steps into the jacuzzi that wasn’t a jacuzzi it was a big bathtub with jets over proceed room smelled like cigarettes bed was hard pillows were old blankets were thin lighting was hard to see to read pool water was to cold to swim breakfast was best part not a return or recamendation from us Ty
