This is the second time I've stayed with you. It's an ideal location and very picturesque looking over the river.
The room is looking tired, and there were holes in the towels. Could do with a good clean the windows were full of handprints and marked.
The food was amazing!!
We booked 2 nights on 2 separate bookings and the staff helped us stay in the same room for both nights.
The accomodation was very comfortable and was spacious. The room was very well decorated, lighting was good, and temperature control was also good. Good location and parking was right next to the accommodation.

Staff are very welcoming and friendly, very extensive and delicious breakfast
The rooms are not sound proofed so I woke up a few times with others leaving early
I will caveat this by saying I am a light sleeper but you can even hear someone walking along the corridor
The building is old and charming but also very creaky!
Very helpful staff. Good room - quiet so we were able to sleep in afternoon after a long haul flight. Very convenient for Heathrow Airport. Delicious food.
