The rooms are v pretty. I love the decor & the staff in the bar were so friendly
The reception is a bit random - our advance payment for £200 for four people for bar etc didn’t get transferred to the bar restaurant so we had to pay again. The iron & one lamp in our room didn’t work & there were only two incredibly hard working staff on in bar/restaurant & nobody was in charge. I got cutlery for our table, they ran out of plates & nobody noticed. Lovely people but no system for running a restaurant
Pleasant room and spacious. Nice toiletries available in the bathroom. Decent evening meal

Our room wasn’t as nice despite being a river view out room was not made up like it was when we stayed a few weeks ago .
There was an issue when checking out I’ve been charged the wrong amount for the mini bar drinks which I still don’t think I’ve been refunded for
I was told there had been drinks charged to my room when there shouldn’t have been as I paid at the bar for all drinks
Breakfast was ok , cooked items could have been better .
Location was excellent for our trip, food was good although the menu was a little limited.
Parking was limited if you have a high vehicle.
The rooms were clean and bed was made up over my two night stay too.

Location was good with river views right by Chertsey bridge, room was good the bed was comfortable and very good breakfast.

Nice hotel, good location. Rooms had AC as was in a heatwave in London when there. Rooms nice and cool and bar plus restaurant AC on which made it lively to sit in away from the heat. Staff friendly and food was lovely.
Nothing bad to say
the rooms are very clean and modern, the area was nice overlooking the river, there is a restaurant and bar attached arrived late and left very early so didn't get the chance to try the food
there was a big party going on in the bar area when we stayed, which could feel intimidating for some people
Beautiful pub/hotel. Room was lovely and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for our short stay. I really liked the pub decor. Cosy, quirky and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and made even better by sitting outside next to the river to eat it. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Have already rebooked to stay again next year!

Staff didn’t explain breakfast only ordered off menu provided to be told later there was a buffet table also included
The room was really really comfy, the air conditioning made it! The bed was comfier than big chain hotels that rhyme with Stilton and I had a great sleep, one of the best sleeps I have had in a hotel! The bar area and restaurant was very very good, food was lovely and quick and being able to enjoy eating it whilst looking over the water made it a great experience and of course the staff make any business, and your staff were attentive, efficient and a credit to the business
