Die Parkplatzsituation; trotz der Angabe zu verfügbaren Parkplätzen musste ich nachts einige huntert Meter entfernt im angrenzenden Wohngebiet auf dem Seitenstreifen parken

Praktisch und sauber. Vielfaeltiges Frühstück. Der Pool am Morgen ist das besondere Extra. Ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Bisschen weit weg von der Küste, aber dafür nah dran an Kiel.

Sehr zentral. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Leider nicht so sauber im Schlafzimmer. Staub auf der Fussbodenleiste. Abgewohnte Stühle, sogar mit Löchern im Polster. Staubiger Geruch im Zimmer und an den Vorhängen. Stühle wurden dann auf Nachfragen gegen ganz Neue ausgetauscht. Lieblos wirkendes Frühstücksbüffet.

Pros:

Ausreichend großes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Fahrt vom Hauptbahnhof nach Altenholz zieht sich, ca. 25 Minuten. Der Weg von der Haltestelle in Altenholz zum Hotel
ist nochmal mühsam (ca. 400m)

Größe des Zimmers, nettes aufmerksames Personal.

Cons:

Viele reparaturbedürftige Stellen: stark abgenutztes Mobiliar, Frühstück ausbaufähig (Aufbackbrötchen), Badewanne zum Duschen nicht barrierefrei, Bad stand beim Duschen unter Wasser.

Das Personal faul und nicht Kundenorientiert. Wir waren um 14:30 da und fragten nett ob wir schon rein könnten (zum Umziehen für eine Veranstaltung) aber es hieß das Zimmer sei auf keinen Fall fertig da alle Zimmer gereinigt werden müssten .Ausser uns war weit und breit kein Gast zu sehen in den heruntergekommenen Räumlichkeiten. Auf die Frage ob sie evtl nachschauen könnte ob doch schon ein Zimmer fertig sei hieß es einfach nein (aus Faulheit)und ich könnte mich im Keller auf dem ex umziehen wenn ich möchte …ich sagte dann nur ich würde mich auf der Straße vorm Hotel umziehen darauf kam garkeine Reaktion. wir sind wirklich viel in Hotels unterwegs teilweise beruflich aber so eine Unverschämtheit und Unhöflichkeit haben wir noch nicht erlebt! Hier passt der Preis mit Abstand nicht zur Leistung. Das Zimmer alt viel kaputt und die Kissen eine Frechheit !!nie wieder!!
