Pros:

Upon arrival, the hotel looked wonderful I thought I did pretty good with this one. My husband, who just gotten off work before the 5hour drive from pouring concrete, needed a shower as he was still covered in concrete. The tub was yellow all down around the drain like it had been peed in. I had to scrub the tub out before we could even shower. Ok but not too bad ya know I was like well they can’t all be winners. Then, as I always do in the mornings because my husband works his butt off in the hot sun for hours to provide for us…I always let him sleep in when we go on trips and I fix his breakfast and take it to him in bed he deserves it. After eating our breakfast, my boys and I, head up to take his and we got stopped at the elevator and told we were not allowed to have it in the rooms. Seriously, what’s the point in being on vacation if you can’t have your breakfast in bed. She said it’s because it attracts ants. Maybe you should take care of the ant problem instead of punishing your customers. My husband was not very happy because he then had to get up and go elsewhere for his breakfast after paying 250$ a night that’s ridiculously. Then, I went to take my boys to the waterpark which was suppose to be included for them to tell me we had to pay 20$ each for bracelets for the water park. The whole reason we chose that hotel was the free breakfast and the water park. At prices like that you should take better care of your customers and their needs as well as your establishmen

Pros:

I booked this a couple months in advance to take my great grandson for his 5th birthday. And on the web site it specifically said it had a pool. Unfortunatly it doesnot have a pool and i had a very unhappy little boy. It is connected to a indoor water pak and doesnt not state on line that the water park is only opened on fri and saturday and also sundays, but on the waterpark web site it showes also that the water park is closed sundays but also charge for day tickets! I should be refunded or some type of compensated for false advertizing. I wouldnt of booked there if i would of known there was no pool, thats what we traveled there to enjoy before starting school.

Peachtree in Serious Need of Repairs and More Tran
Pros:

These guys are very by the book. Unlike many other more accomodating hotels, if you ask for a late check-out of an hour later (12pm, instead of 11am), Peachtree will charge you $25. Also, please read the fine-print re: their waterpark and any extra charges there.
The water pressure was minimal when taking a shower. The ventilation was very poor in our bathroom and overall in the arcade room.
Most importantly, their elevator is in serious need of repair. During my stay in July, i heard others complain of this, as well. If management doesn't take care of this, i fear the elevator will fail completely and people could get hurt.
Unless Peachtree management is willing to spend money to make some much needed updates and repairs, i don't recommend staying here at all!

Pros:

Do. Not. Stay. Here. What is posted online is not accurate. First there is a pool BUT you have to pay $20 per person per day and it’s only open limited hours on weekends. The elevator is scary and once you get to your floor it drops a little bit and makes a loud noise. The breakfast food was old. There were ants in our room. Ice machine was broken so you had to ask staff for ice. The bathtub did not have a stopper for a bath. They were doing construction and left their trash all over. Since the elevator was scary we took the stairs and they had ladders and lighting left on the floor, not safe for littles! Trash cans outside always filled and over flowing. So unhappy about this stay!

Pros:

This is definitely a work in progress. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet for the most part and the staff was very friendly. It's clear a family has taken on the job of restoring this property to a new, beautiful standard. I was pleased with the location, the price and our room. The elevator is a little scary at the moment, but I'm sure it will be fixed. I look forward to seeing it fully restored.

Pros:

Room was spaciousness and clean. Staff was helpful. Beds were comfortable.
They just need to fix the elevator because when going up to the 3rd floor and it stops, it drops and make a loud banging noise. I was terrified to use it after that because I cannot navigate stairs very easily due to severe knee issues.

Worst Hotel Ever
Pros:

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Ants and spiders in the room. Elevator felt like a risk of falling every time we used it. Just a stack of towels and wash rags in pile on sink counter-only two hooks to hang them on back of door. Sink and tub had no drain covers - if dropped something would never get it back. Mini fridge on floor - had to get on knees to see in it. Small micro wave on top of mini fridge - had to bend over to operate. When first arrived in room went to turn on AC and it was covered with ants - also on bed side table night. This hotel's advertisement in Hotel.com makes it look much better and has the water park 'Safari Joes' attached. I had kids with me and would have loved to do the water park fun for a day even at the extra cost of $29 per person. I was there Wed & Thu and found out the water park is only open Fri/Sat/Sun. I was really disappointed with this scam hotel. This hotel shouldn't be allowed to advertise in Hotel.com.

Pros:

The property was infested with ants. Our room was covered, they couldn’t switch us to another room since 1/2 the hotel was under construction and they would not refund our second night even though we didn’t stay. Terrible customer service.

Pros:

A storm caused a local power outage around 1:00 am. The hotel had no functioning generator so A/C and lights did not work. Room became very hot, shower in the morning was ice cold because there was no hot water. Emergency lights were not functioning so hallways and stairways were dark, a huge safety issue. Power outage was not the hotel's fault but they should have a generator and emergency lights should not have failed. Also, makes you wonder if fire alarm would have worked if such an emergency had occured.

The hotel is under renovation. Prior to the power outage only one of the two elevators worked, and it was not working well. One of the stairways had carpeting removed and just old carpet padding, with the strips containing carpet nails exposed. Breakfast area had plastic hanging from the ceiling where construction is underway. This hotel should be closed during such major renovation.

Didn’t advertise a water park.
Pros:

The tv didn’t work at all. No plug in sink or bathtub. Not enough towels. Very small amount of soap, etc. We couldn’t give the kids baths. We changed rooms. The website advertised a pool. We wanted to take our grandkids in the pool for a short time. This was after a day at the beach and splash pad. No one said there was a water park instead of a pool. So we we had to pay $80 for a short visit because we hadn’t planned on going to a water park. But once the kids see it how could we not go?

Pros:

Unsafe. Power failed and there are no working emergency lights in halls or stairs. Renovations are underway and conditions are poor. Staff is generally unhelpful and aloof. Find another option.

Pros:

It was ok.
On the pricy side.
On check in they didn't have the room I booked.
The bathroom shampoo and conditioner bottles were out.
Lost power and had to use the stairs.
The breakfast had really bad coffee. And there was a 10 year girls baseball team dominating the breakfast area. Only one waffle maker. With the second one out of Service. Over a 1/2 hour hour wait.
