Pros:

Le personnel d'accueil très sympathique
Bel hôtel rénové et bien situé
La formule tout compris est convenable y compris l'accès au sauna et jaccuzi
Le personnel du bar est aussi sympa
Les repas sont acceptable

Les boissons pas de bonnes qualités et animation juste de la musique pas top des trucs très ancien

Pros:

The staff are very polite and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous! The room is spacious. If youre travelling by bus, its a few mins away from the bus stop.

Cons:

The toilet needs thorough cleaning and could benefit from descaling. The towels smell like bleach and very hard for the skin. The mattress is quite uncomfortable too.

Jako smo zadovoljni boravkom u hotelu Ilusion Calma & Spa. Odlična lokacija, blizu mora, hotel uredan i čist, a osoblje izuzetno ljubazno i susretljivo. ❤️

Posebno pohvaljujemo hranu – veliki izbor i sve je bilo jako ukusno. 😋 Također, imali smo mali problem s klimom jer nismo znali kako je uključiti, ali osoblje je odmah došlo i pomoglo nam, što nam je puno značilo. 👏

Sve pohvale cijelom osoblju! Proveli smo prekrasan odmor i rado bismo se ponovno vratili. 🌴☀️🇪🇸❤️

Pros:

Мне очень понравился персонал отеля, особенно Саломея. Она всегда была очень доброжелательной, помогала с любыми вопросами, подсказывала красивые места для посещения и объясняла, как до них добраться. Благодаря её помощи наш отдых стал намного комфортнее.
Номер был очень чистым и уютным. В нём было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: шампуни, мыло и другие принадлежности. Когда мы приехали, фен не работал, но проблему устранили буквально сразу, за что отдельное спасибо персоналу.
Особенно хочется отметить питание. Для трёхзвёздочного отеля оно превзошло все мои ожидания. Еда была невероятно вкусной и разнообразной. Каждый день предлагался большой выбор блюд, всё было свежим, качественным и приготовленным по-домашнему. Ресторан стал одним из главных преимуществ этого отеля.

Cons:

Единственное, что мне не понравилось, — это вид из номера. Окна выходили на очень старое здание, и пейзаж был не самым приятным.
Также меня немного удивил возрастной состав гостей. Во время моего пребывания большинство отдыхающих (80%)были пожилого возраста 70+ поэтому атмосфера больше подходила для спокойного отдыха. Для более молодых гостей, которые ищут активную обстановку и общение со сверстниками, это может быть не самым подходящим вариантом.

Memorable for the right reasons
Pros:

I am inexperienced in lone travelling abroad. However, from the moment I entered the hotel to the reception area, I felt entirely comfortable. All staff I had any contact with throughout, from check-in to check-out, were welcoming, supportive and informative; alleviating any personal travelling fears I may have had prior to my trip.
The variety and quality of food was exceptional and plentiful. Room had everything needed for a short trip.

Cons:

I did not like the signage as you enter suggesting the hotel is 3 stars (3 ***).
The attitude, knowledge and abilities of all the staff involved clearly, and deservedly, is more than this rating
From front of house facing to back room staff, 3 stars is in-suffice for their combined efforts
