Hotel Ilusion Calma & Spa

Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen.
Das Essen hat uns gut geschmeckt, jeden Tag neue Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Die All in Getränke waren nicht die typischen die man kennt, Bier und Wein konnte man trinken.
Das Zimmer selber war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die offene Dusche war etwas nervig, da das ganze Bad nach dem Duschen unter Wasser stand.
Es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht, aber leider nur sehr Oberflächlich. Haare die ganz sicher schon vor unserer Ankunft in der Wand und an der Dusche klebten, wären auch noch am letzten Tag da gewesen, wenn wir sie nicht irgendwann selber entfernt hätten.
Der Pool ist sehr klein, aber das sieht man ja schon bei der Buchung, war für uns nicht relevant.
Man konnte den Strand vom Hotel in wenigen Gehminuten erreichen.
Für ein paar Tage ist das Hotel empfehlenswert. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Super friendly and helpful staff made the quick overnight stay very comfortable and pleasent!

Staff are always happy to help where needed, had a variety of food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The location is quite ideal as it has surrounding beaches, lots of other bars and restaurants and things to do in the area. Lovely place to be.

Fantastic from start to finish. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was fresh with lots of variety. The hotel was cleaned to a high standard. No complaints, will definitely return

The only negative was that the plates and cups were noted to be a little dirty on the odd occasion.

Remise de serviettes pour le SPA contre caution.
Restauration variée sous forme de buffet, poissons frais proposés tous les jours, cuisine régionale et internationale. Petit déjeuner copieux. Fruits frais de saison.
Animations en soirée.

Great stay - worked perfectly for what we needed.

La comida no era bastante buena, y no había mucha variedad

Perfect for an airport stop-over, and a wander around the town. Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, "all in" mit großer Vielfalt und Speisen rund um die Uhr. Sehr freundliches, hilfreiches Personal. Einziger Kritikpunkt: vereinzelt angetrunkene Gäste, die nachts auf den Fluren zwischen den Zimmern laut diskutieren

Very noisy and tired. More like a 2* hotel. Is much older than in the pictures

We have been visiting the ilusion for several years and will continue to return due to the warmth and service received from the excellent staff.
The food and drinks are perfectly acceptable for all inclusive and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The property was clean and food was labeled well and very good for those with allergies and dietary restrictions. They however put us in a handicapped room and our room had no stall for the shower so water was everywhere. Our balcony door did not have a handle to open from the outside so I almost got stuck outside, if it were not for my friend being in the room at the time. The hotel is also limited with no shop for supplies like sunscreen. The receptionist recommended us the pharmacy two doors down which sold it for minimum 20 euros while after exploring I found venders a 5 min walk away which sold it for 4 euros. The pool is smaller than what pictures show online but it is very clean. The spa was nice but the hot tub was only luke warm. After telling the receptionist they tried fixing it but it still was not hot

This property did not look like the photos, I am glad we only stayed 1 night as a stop over from the airport.
The area was not the nicest looking. Our room was large, but very bare, and the bathroom was a bit dirty.

Check out was easy.

Yderst hjælpsom personale i receptionen. Også omkring ekstra bad efter vi har tjekket ud, samt hurtig taxa bestilling. Vi havde morgenmad, som var ringe - bl.a. manglede bacon og mellem 10-15 border var ikke ryddet imens vi sad der. Ingen hjælp omkring morgenmad.
Værelset er utrolig slidt, med stor utæthed i brusekabinen som betød at der var glat på gulvet og var nødsaget til at bruge flere håndklæder til at tørre op. Altan stolene var meget beskidte og flere flager af altan var faldet af. Toiletbrættet var meget løst. Der er kun et adgangskort, hvilket betyder at værelset var utrolig varm, når vi kommer fra stranden. Vi har været på tre andre hoteller i år og ingen andre havde denne gamle løsning, som må være dyre at anvende i stedet for at vedligeholde temperaturen i rummet.
Vi var meget skuffet over hotellet og kommer ikke igen

We stayed overnight as planned as flught arrived late in day. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very hood with lots of choice.
The bathrooms could have been cleaned better.

Great service and staff....would highly recommend stay there
