Average hotel, it’s quite old, the ground floor rooms have a weird smell and the drains also smell.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.

A remote location that is not too far from town with an excellent view. Clean room and friendly staff. great breakfast. They let us check out late and keep our bags in one room until we departed which was so kind and accommodating! I would stay here again!

Its location outside the city, overlooking Lago Argentina is a plus. Plenty of space to park the car.
The gravel road to access needs improvement.

This property and its guests or suffering mismanagement!
They do really not care about customer! They just want to make money. I would never again stay there nor would let friends and family do that!

Excellent attention. Restaurant and premises are exceptional. We had a lake side room which was large, quiet, private. A bit remote but still close to town.

A wonderful hotel, and I would especially like to highlight its staff. The only thing that was not perfect is that it is not located near the city centre, and since it is far away if you do not have a car, it is difficult to access. Its restaurant is very good, perhaps with a rather short menu. The best thing about the hotel: its customer service.

Staff great. Restaurant on site is reasonably priced compared to in town and the food offered is better. The free shuttle bus service to town is useful and saves taxis fares. Views are the best in El Calafate.

Far from the city. The shuttle service is not convenient. Have to take a cab every time we need to go into the city. The staff does not speak a word of English. We were able to manage with our broken Spanish. Some of them are unprofessional . We booked a message 2 days in advance and confirmed the day before. When we arrived 10 mins prior to our appt, they lied and said that we never confirmed. When confronted, they said that the lady is in other hotels and will not make it. When asked why we were not informed about this earlier, they had an I don't care attitude and smirked. Very disappointed in their service.

Positives include clean rooms, bathrooms, daily cleaning service, breakfast in the morning.

It’s perfect. All is as expected. Nice place to stay.

Hotel is better in real life than in the photos! We absolutely loved it and would come back with no hesitation. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Wishing we had stayed an extra night!

Hotel located bit far from the central. nice view, top of hill near the Lago Argentina. Room was clean but looks old. WiFi was extremely slow and at times didn’t work.

Excelente locación y limpieza. Servicio de desayuno óptimo.

The property is very nice. The view is amazing and staff are very friendly and kind.

The views of the Argentina lake are stunning. We had a great time walking around the property. They also provide convenient shuttle to downtown Calafate. If there was anything I would change it would be that the interior and the room itself would get a bit toasty at night. We turned of the heater and that helped but did not solve the issue. We ended up opening the window slightly, but felt bad we were likely wasting energy by doing so.
