The hospitality is top notch. I felt very homely.

Cons:

I think in one of the rooms it is a spring bed which is very uncomfortable. Later on, the room was changed where the mattress is proper one and comfortable.

Pros:

The apartment was spacious. They also have terrace overlooking the promenade.Furnitures are really of high quality woods. The staff are really nice. Breakfast is good. The proximity to the beach, supermarket and the public bus to the old town. It was located at the walking promenade so children are safe to walk and play around. Paid parking is also nearby.

La localización y el personal era súper amable , cuando hubo algún inconveniente con los tiempos de limpieza lo resolvieron inmediatamente y siempre con mucha amabilidad y educación y ganas de solucionar lo que surgiera .

Cons:

No me gustó que me dieron un apartamento un poco antiguo , sin ningún tipo de reforma , la ducha no se sujetaba en la pared y obviamente ducharse era incómodo y te ofrecen como apartamento , pero la cocina no tiene microondas ni extractor de humo .

Pros:

Les chambres et appartements sont vraiment très grands. Le personnel est très agréable. Le transfert à l’aéroport est à l’heure et effectué par l’hôtel.
Le parking est proche. Une air de jeux se situe 20 mètres plus bas. Petit déjeuné parfait

Отношение персонала. Видно, что старались помочь. Предоставили хороший номер с балконом. Обеспечили дешевой стоянкой для автомобиля. Особый респект менеджеру на ресепшене Круно. В номерах ежедневная уборка, что порадовало. Завтраки нормальные. С фруктами и чудесным кофе.

Cons:

Для семейного отдыха достаточно шумное место. Это скорее отель при ресторане, нежели наоборот. Уборка генеральная проводилась давно, хорошо бы вычистить пыль везде, а не только сверху. Старый город далеко, но автобус рядом. Нет подъезда к отелю на авто, т.к. пешеходная зона. В остальном претензий нет.

Residents of Dubrovnik should be ashamed this facility bears their namesake

Hotel staff were attentive and helpful. Good coffee available during breakfast

Cons:

Overpriced. 150 euro per night for 3 star accommodations that really should be 2 stars. The old Siemens model air conditioner was unable to keep a 100sq ft room cool during summer heatwave. The AC filters were very dirty (see photo) and present a health risk to people with allergies. The standard hotel breakfast is ok but the meal I ordered (spaghetti bolognese) was terrible. I wasn’t expecting san marzano quality of ingredients but our jarred ragu sold in the States would have been an improvement. Overall the hotel is badly in need of renovations and improvement and ultimately it was my huge mistake to choose these accommodations
