Disappointing quality
Pros:

Steven in the reception is very helpful, and competent. The service in general is below standard. We stayed for 2 weeks and still they did not know our room number. Cleanliness is a problem. Our room were not cleaned for days and the restaurant was very dirty.
The location is great though, with everything easily within reach. We know that it was rated 3 *, but we agree that the hotel needs an update.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.
Pros:

We really liked the location. It is very close to the beach, and the sea was wonderfully warm.

The breakfast was excellent, especially the fried vegetables, cakes, eggs, and the wide variety of delicious food available every morning.

The staff were exceptional—everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I had a medical problem during our stay, and the manager, Mirk, kindly arranged a taxi for me free of charge, which helped me resolve the situation quickly. Thank you so much for your kindness and support! The taxi driver was also very helpful.

A special thank you to Eva, who cleaned our apartment. She was always so friendly, and our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided daily.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. We had a wonderful stay and would be happy to come back!

The staff and atmosphere in the hotel is fantastic! Breakfast was with a lot of choice of different delicious food and fresh fruit. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is amazing!😍

Best value for money we have ever stayed at.
