Pros:

Room was big enough with balcony and sea view, Breakfast was enough simple. Sea is about 350 meters by walk.

Pros:

The location was great for us as we wanted to stay in Pervolia. We requested a room with a view of the swimming pool and gardens and our request was accommodated.

Cons:

The shower was not clean, the sealant around the tiles was heavily stained. We only had milk and decaf coffee in our room on day one, we asked for more but was told they had none of either. The breakfast choice was quite good initially but gradually got worse day by day until there was no yogurt, no fresh bread, and one day the beans had not even been heated they were fridge cold!
We arrived on our first night at 10.10pm and were told that the bar had closed at 10pm.
The swimming pool did not look clean and we only saw it being cleaned/netted once by a member of staff.
Due to roadworks right outside the hotel, you had to do a nearly 5 mile detour to get to it, as our taxi did on our arrival. Fortuntely we knew the area and parked near the roadworks and walked to the hotel after.. No prior notification of the roadworks was given to us.
It could be a great hotel but it needs vast renovations and a lot of financial investment.

Отель близко к морю.
С балкона номера прекрасный вид на парк, залив и на закат.

Cons:

1)Для уборки используется средство с очень сильной химической отдушкой.
2) В номере нет сушилки для купальников.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön am Meer, allerdings wären dringend Instandhaltungen notwendig. Die Anlage wirkt leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und stellenweise ungepflegt. Das Frühstück war Standard und eher einfach. Schade, das Hotel hat in meinen Augen Potential, etwas abseits der Massen.
