Service
9.6
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, attentive and helpful (reception assistance, helpful booking of taxis); service is a strong positive in many reviews.
Location
9
Often noted as conveniently close to the airport and local destinations; a few guests mention industrial surroundings or being slightly farther than expected for an airport hotel.

7
Mixed feedback: many praise comfortable, well-sized rooms and excellent beds; a few reports of small, degraded rooms, weak air conditioning and poor hairdryer suggest variability.

Some guests feel the price is high relative to room size/condition (notably one review complaining about small/deteriorated room); overall value is mixed but leans below top-tier for a few stays.
Food and Beverage
8.2
Breakfast frequently praised as varied and good, but there are several complaints about the restaurant (poor pizza, uneven quality), limited gluten-free options, and occasional unfriendly restaurant staff.

Nice hotel with great staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel with very attentive staff.

Cons:

A little bit away from airport for an airport hotel, plus no shuttle which i would normally expect in an airport hotel.
