Not a 5 star level experience- disappointing!
Pros:

Definitely not a 5 star hotel experience (see below for list of 5 star standard amenities which were not present). At best a solid 4 star level and customer service was basic. Pool & Spa area was unusable because of ineffective air conditioning (air temperature was 30C+). Amenities not present- no room service, mini bar, or safe in room, limited drawer space, no large bath towels. Poor coffee and no table service at breakfast; quality of food not great (e.g. tinned fruit rather than fresh). Room was spacious, modern and clean. Location not good- distant from old town and in quite a run down neighbourhood.

The hotel has an excellent location, and the room was genuinely spacious, comfortable, and very enjoyable to stay in. Those aspects definitely met my expectations.

However, I didn’t feel that this was truly a five-star hotel experience. The valet service was not available, and the receptionist simply told us he could park the car himself if necessary, which isn’t what you would expect from a luxury property.

Overall, the service lacked the professionalism and attention to detail that define a five-star hotel. The breakfast also felt quite chaotic. The staff responsible for replenishing the buffet were loud and rather disorganized, which took away from the atmosphere. Instead of a calm, elegant breakfast experience, it felt rushed and untidy.

Overall, while the hotel has many positives—especially its location and spacious rooms—the level of service and overall guest experience did not match what I would expect from a genuine five-star hotel.

Great hotel
Pros:

We stayed in June at the Atrium Hotel.It was very nice clean,tidy and modern.
We had a room on the 4th floor.Very large.
Lots to choose at Breakfast.
There is a shopping mall just a few minutes walk behind the hotel.
The hotel is on a busy road that takes you to the centre of Split but we didn’t hear it inside.
The hotel is a 20 minute walk straight down to the old town of split which was ok for us.I would recommend this hotel if you’re happy to walk.However there are buses along this road.

Hotel a 5 stelle?

Al check in abbiamo atteso oltre mezz'ora, stanchi, a mezzanotte circa, per cercare di ottonere una fattura per il nostro soggiorno, senza riuscirci, nonostante l'avessimo anche richiesta tramite la messaggistica di booking.com prima dell'arrivo. Il receptionist non era a conoscenza che nonostante la prenotazione provenisse da booking.com l'hotel era tenuto ad emettere regolare fattura per il soggiorno. L'abbiamo ottenuta grazie all'intervento della receptionist presente al mattino seguente altrimenti il punteggio complessivo sarebbe stato 1 e non 5;... La direzione dell'hotel è responsabile della scelta e della formazione dei propri dipendenti purtroppo; è la prima volta che mi reco in un hotel 5 stelle e trovo il frigobar vuoto. Un hotel a 5 stelle dovrebbe esserlo a 360 gradi e dovrebbe esserlo nella sostanza e non solo sulla carta.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options.

Apart from this disappointment, everything else was excellent.

Cons:

The only reason we are giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the hotel’s pet policy. Although the hotel is pet-friendly and dogs are allowed, they are not permitted in the restaurant—not even in a separate area for breakfast or dinner. Since the restaurant has several connected dining rooms, we had hoped there would be a designated section for guests with dogs, but unfortunately that was not the case.

However, because we always travel with our dog, this is an important issue for us, and unfortunately it means we are unlikely to return despite our otherwise perfect experience.

Keep away from this 3 stars weird hotel
Pros:

Who says this is a 5 stars hotel? There is no way! Maybe a 3 stars, with indulgence.
It is an old building renovated but in a bad way.
Located on a very busy street.
Far from the centre of the city
Isolated, there is norhing around
Breakfast was horible, only cheap products
I did not get an invoice by the end for the money I paid, they say that only the manager can print it and he wss not there at the moment.
Very curios situation...
I do not recommend in any way!

Doručak ima veliki izbor ali kvaliteta je lošija. Ne može se nuditi šunka u ovitku od pik vrbovec, umjesto fine neke skuplje. Nema mortadele, buđole, lakscarea i sl. Sirevi su isto lošiji..
