Pros:

In the hotel information section it's written that check out time is 12:30 PM but hotel's check out policy is 12:00 PM. Also, wanted airport shuttle service and requested them via email and messages. NO Response from the hotel. The given telephone numbers were unreasonable. Terrible communication.

I booked this hotel for my daughter. Most disgusting hotel I have seen. Faulty electrics, mould in the fridge, horrible smells and looks nothing like on the photos.

Ok hotel, stay clear if you don’t like cold shower
Pros:

Nice staff, ok rooms, boring breakfast, shower with literally no pressure when you want a hot shower, only pressure on cold showers, that is consistent over the whole hotel, we had three different rooms as we went other places in between, same poor shower all rooms.

The photos on your site are not representing the actual status of the rooms and the hotel. the rooms and the common areas are not clean. the room was having a very bad smell of cigarettes, sewerage and humidity.

They did not refund the money that I paid.

The hotel was in a very bad condition , broken electric sockets sticking out of the wall , very dirty rooms and beds lining yellow stain on pillows and a very revolting smell in the hotel ,very poor customer service , please stay away from this hotel i had to leave on the first night after booking 7 nights , no apologies no refund i took pictures of the room and showed it to them and asked for my money back i was told no refund because i paid with a card .please this hotel is a hotel from hell . as one of you customer this hotel should be removed from your website the photos are very misleading.

10 years ago, I stayed at this location and I loved it, but the owner or new one, let the property into disrepair. Very poor property and I do not believe the property is fit for living. The black toxic mold is filling the room. The toilet is overlapped by the sink !!!! the room is so cold and moist..

Miserable stay
Pros:

I was in this hotel for 13 days with my family and it was miserable .
The bed sheets never been changed .
We were four in the room and the cleaner gave us three body towels and two hand towels and sometimes without hand towels and when i ask the cleaner about that she told me " finish".
The bathroom was full of fungi and the drainage didn't work normally.
The breakfast was ready plate and repeated.
The only two good things to tell about were the place of the hotel is near the the area of Sultan Ahmed and the staff was polite.

В целом все хорошо, расположение отличное, буквально пять минут до центра пешком, персонал хороший, отзывчивый, необходимый для жизни минимум есть. Терпима для завтрака и внутренний дворик очень красивые! На террасе обитают три очень красивых котика, которых просто нельзя не покормить!)
Из минусов комнаты не самые чистые, много пятен на мебели, постельном белье, что-то странное было разлито на тумбочке… но в целом терпимо. В ванной чисто, но напор оооочень слабый. Нам сперва не выдали полотенца, но после нашей просьбы все исправили. Уборка в номере была каждый день, в том числе меняли полотенца, приносили новые шампуни и мыло. Чайника в номере нет.

Pros:

Wir haben unser Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht. FRÜHSTÜCK das war kein Frühstück es war nur fad. Kein grün keine Abwechslung. Das Zimmer war OK. Die Zimmermädchen sehr freundlich. Empfehle nicht weiter.
