We needed air conditioning.. was very stuff in our suite.. but it cooled down quickly once the sunset!

Pros:

Lo Staff è stato molto gentile ed abbiamo ricevuto un'ottima accoglienza.
Siamo stati soddisfatti della colazione, completa, varia e con prodotti di qualità.
Inoltre siamo stati stati soddisfatti del servizio in sala e siamo stati trattati con attenzione e precisione.
Posizione centralissima. A due passi dal centro. E dal parcheggio.

Cons:

La stanza era oggettivamente piccola (abbiamo soggiornato nella matrimoniale piccola).
C'era tutto il necessario. Bene l'organizzazione degli spazi.
Aspetti soggettivi:
I cuscini ed il letto li abbiamo trovati un po' duri.
In camera c'era una temperatura a parer mio piuttosto alta.
Il vassoio della consumazione in camera mi aspettavo che fosse tolto dal personale della pulizia delle camere.

Pros:

Posizione ed arredamento top. La struttura è accogliente e ti dà la sensazione di essere in un hotel di lusso.

Cons:

Il servizio al tavolo della colazione è da migliorare, ma abbiamo apprezzato i camerieri. La stanza piccola ha il bagno un po’ sacrificato e per una persona robusta è un po’ difficile muoversi con disinvoltura e comodità.

Il soggiorno nella struttura ha reso più piacevole l'esperienza a Ravenna.
Pros:

La colazione è molto varia e accontenta tutti i gusti. La posizione della struttura è molto comoda per chi viene dalla sttazione ferroviaria e deve raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città. La camera assegnata era molto ampia e con un comodo divano.
