Lovely building with great location and staff
Pros:

Great location for station and city centre. Nice old palazzo. Public areas on the ground floor are grand, atmospheric and very nicely decorated (and the church is a nice touch). Rooms are OK (I had one of the smaller ones and it was a bit tight so you might be better off paying more for a larger room
Good breakfast though service a little slow. Also whilst the outside courtyard looks nice from the inside, once sat down there, you realise that you are adjacent to the hotel car park.
Cannot speak highly enough about the helpfulness of the front desk staff.

Il manque demplacement sdb pour les produits et la porte du bac a douche peut etre amelioree.
Le monsieur du petit dejeuner est un peu sec, il pourrait etre plus souriant.

Tutta la zona delle sale al piano terra e la
possibilitá di poter far colazione fuori.

Cons:

In considerazione del fatto che la struttura era un orfanotrofio femminile infantile, la nostra stanza, che probabilmente era una stanza singola dell'orfanotrofio, era molto piccola per un letto doppio.

Wonderful hotel in an amazing city
Pros:

The room with frescoes is incredibly beautiful and the breakfast is very good. Especially nice to have the breakfast in the garden.
Really close to the city center and all the attractions.

Cons:

The parking spot could be a bit hard to find and it may be far away. However, you can stop in front of hotel for 10 minutes to unload the luggage.
