Great
Pros:

The host was very nice and the room was very clean

Cons:

Not necessarily the property but there was some very loud people that had to much to drink in the parking lot

A pleasant night in a long drive to our vacation.
Pros:

The location is very near I45. It was a comfortable facility with a bed , couch, fridge , microwave, coffeemaker.

Cons:

I did have to rinse the coffeemaker myself. Someone had made coffee in it incorrectly.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was great! The coffee could have been more fresh, I would say is my only complaint.

Cons:

The washer and dryer were out of order as well as the fitness center. These things being accessible would have made the stay even better.

It was a nightmare instead of a vacation!!! Glad it’s over!

Nothing really! The whole stay was bad

Cons:

The room was filthy with insects on and in everything. The pool was dirty the carpet was wet the shower didn’t work or most of the electrical outlets. Old outdated ! Insects biting us all night. The room didn’t smell good and wax very stinky! No housekeeper enter our room or cleaned anything no beds changed or floors vacuumed! We had to take out our own trash! Poor poor service and definitely not worth $160 a night! The entrance and exit to the property was on a service road under construction! The breakfast was microwave eggs and sausage and tortillas everyday! It was disgusting! Asked for partial refund due to all the insect bites we received but was moved to 3 rd floor from 1st floor to a newly renovated room at 12 am on lat night!! It was a nightmare! Was told on second day there wasn’t any available! Tried to discuss some resolution but was told to contact booking

We have stayed a total of 4 times in this hotel. And we never paid as much as we did this last time.

We have stay before it was convenient

Cons:

I understand it's under renovations, but when we slightly opened the shower door it slammed into the wall, it needs a bumper to catch the door from slamming, and my husband almost slipped 3 times in the shower.\n I didn't realize that. The towel Hanging in the shower was meant to place on the shower floor. Not used to placing a Towel on the floor in the shower, but it did help from slipping.

Nasty Mold Everywhere
Pros:

The location was close to family.

Cons:

The room was old, musty, and had mold all over the shower, bath, and even on the closet door. There was one damp rid bucket on the top of the cabinet in the hall. When we complained about the room we were told the manager would have to call us because they were not on duty, of course we never received a call. We should have been reimbursed for the room! It was disgusting!!!!!!

I didn’t like the fact that the lady from the morning breakfast would go and clean everything I touch including with the people I was and she didn’t do it to the others which made me mad and angry that I told my family never again ! We will not book here . As far as the rooms we didn’t have no tiny essentials like shampoo, soap, or even toothpaste.
