Not clean, seen some unsightly things.
Nice room and location
More carpeting cld have been better
I did not get breakfast, but it looked good. It was a convenient location. The room was adequate. The front desk person seemed very nice. There were several restaurants close by.
There was a panel on the front of the bathroom vanity that was missing. It just gave a dirty old motel appearance. The bathroom was very clean.
Wasn't too much of a breakfast.
I had a room across the hall from the vending machines and ice along with the laundry so needless to say I was awake early if I wanted to be or not
The room was clean, spacious, and had fantastic temperature control. The bathroom was well kept, and had all the amenities we needed.
Everyone was very polite and respectful and the room was amazing very clean quiet comfortable

I believe they should’ve told me that I would’ve had to pay $50 for incidentals before I booked.
Location and staff were very accommodating
Cleanliness. Original room had left towels hanging over the bathroom door, the tub drain was clogged and disgusting.
We stayed here for a long weekend attending a nearby event. It’s in a busy part of Monaca with many hotels and restaurants in the area. Very few guests were staying there that weekend so it was easy to get in and out. The continental breakfast was clean and enjoyable with a nice selection of foods. Our top floor room was also nice and quiet . No issues while staying at this Comfort Suites.
Not enough outside signage. Difficult to locate the entrance to the motel.
The rooms were clean, bed comfortable. The bathroom was identified as accessible. However there was a step over bath tub, with handrails. Accessible to me would be a walk in shower. Also water came from the ceiling when the shower was turned on, there seem to be mold on the ceiling. The staff offered to mkve us but that was at 9 pm and we were not at the hotel. It was a one night stay, and okay for that

Entrance to parking a bit tricky and narrow. I entered to another hotels entrance parking in the beginning. The other thing I didn’t like about the place is the wall must have little to no insulations. I heard the snoring from next door all night.
The place overall though is clean and worth the price. Breakfast was descent.
The entire front desk staff were absolutely amazing - very kind, friendly, and helpful! Our room #212 was clean, but it was not in the best condition. Our desk/office chair was broke and the door stopper on the wall entering the room was stripped and had fallen on the floor. One thing that we did not like about the king room with a whirlpool tub, there was no privacy panel, whatsoever, between the bathroom and the living area where the whirlpool tub was located, and that was something we had an issue with.
