I just want my deposit back

Cons:

They didn't take cash for my deposit and they kept my deposit because I had to buy a prepaid mastercard to pay for the deposit now there keeping my money that's 50$ that I lost this isn't the first time they do me like this too

Pros:

I would give them a zero if I could. They said that there was dye in the bathtub and wouldn't give back the refund. Then when asked to speak to a manager He said that there was nobody available and there was nothing they could do. On top of that the last 24 hours the TV didn't work. My mother is disabled and they put her on the 3rd floor.

Cons:

They didn't give back the deposit for some bogus reason. My mother doesn't dye her hair .
