Pros:

Location, clean rooms. Staff was nice.

Cons:

Ice machine by my room was old and not working. Please remove! There was a nice new one (just one) in the other side of the hotel. Had to walk and search for it.

Great location.

Cons:

poorly maintained, and the cleanliness was atrocious. I considered calling the health department. The linen was barely clean and the bathroom had mold...a pretty good amount.

I liked the location, but will never stay there again

It was very dirty and smelled like cigarettes even though it claimed to be smoke free. We found used dirty socked in the drawers and the smelled disgusting.

Need better internet, new beds and bedding
Pros:

The cold AC in the second room I was moved to.

Cons:

No internet and no help with internet. I had 5 air channels that were horrible clarity. I had to switch rooms for several reasons. The beds were very uncomfortable and the mattresses, mattress protectors and bedspreads were all nasty.

Pros:

Sorry did not get to eat.

Cons:

The room smelled dirty. Smoky but front desk said room was non smoking.

Bed blanket,(smelled); sheets, mattress covers were Nasty, Nasty disgusting. I had to take all off and get a set of clean sheets from office.
When I changed the sheets, you could tell that under the mattress area , that area has not been cleaned in a very long time.
