Nice state, except the encounter at breakfast.
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with the lady serving breakfast. Thirty minutes before breakfast was over, all the trays were almost empty, the eggs tray was totally empty. I asked if we could have eggs,? And she said no, breakfast was almost over, rudely. There was several other people who asked about eggs. That is the first time I have encountered someone with such a rude attitude in food service at your hotels.

Better than we expected.
Pros:

A large part of my giving such a high rating was the fact that the facilities were clean and the breakfast choices were outstanding!

Cons:

I don't think anything could have been better. We enjoyed our stay.

Good place for a short stay.
Pros:

Good location. Good breakfast but typical. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

It was fairly clean but could have been cleaner. The corner and behind the bed and places like that needed attention. And yes that’s picky but I notice.

Won’t be back, used to be great.
Pros:

It was clean, no bugs.

Cons:

What happened? A year ago this was a 5 star hotel, and the only reason we came back this time. Our mistake. Every thing looks like it’s falling apart. The bathtub was peeling, discolored, and had a rut in the middle of it. We stayed again on our way home hoping it was just one bad room since we had had such a great experience with this exact hotel just 1 year ago. We will definitely never be back. Our second night was worse than first. Our neighbor a few doors down came out of his room smoking a cigarette as we got off the elevator and headed to our door. The people right beside us were clearly smoking weed. If they hadn’t have stopped when they did our room started to smell normal we would have left. Just sick. Again with the bathtub, not as bad as the first one, but still peeling and has a rut in the middle. Not to mention both tubs had such a slow drain time. All the furniture looked like it at least needed to be touched up, if not replaced. The bottom of the back of the bathroom door looked as if it had flooded in the bathroom and no one bothered to replace the door. The sink had a giant crack.
