My stay was comfortable.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

My first day going to breakfast at the hotel there was a roach crawling around over the bread and muffins. When I told the breakfast attendant he just got the roach out but left the food in there for the customers to eat.

The bed was very soft and the breakfast was really good.

Cons:

The fact that there was strands of wavy long hair in the bathtub and a small brown stain on the underside of the duvet cover which is honestly very disgusting. The attitude of the maintenance guy for being in the pool at 9:30 when I specifically got permission to go in there early from the front desk girl she asked her manager and he said sure and I was swimming for a good ten minutes before the maintenance guy gave me a crappy attitude and told me that I'm not allowed to be in the pool until 10am even after I walked to the front desk and let her know and she told him that I was allowed to be in there. Other than those things, It was an okay stay, but those few things specifically need to improve.

Very disappointed in our stay and lack of housekeeping. Manager was very unconcerned

Cons:

We have stayed here several times and were very dissatisfied and disappointed this time. We stayed four nights. First day we had to ask to have our room cleaned. Remaining three nights we had to return to service desk to ask for towels and toilet paper because our room was never serviced. Staff could only give excuse that they were full and so busy. They were not full the first night at all. Other people we knew didn't have that problem at all, and they were also on the fourth floor. The manager spoke with my husband and could only offer to look into their records and compare to what we were reporting. Manager seemed surprised when we told him we had three days worth of towels in our room. Room was serviced only one time, and that is only because we had to ask them to do it. No eggs or forks the morning we checked out. Just very disappointed this time.

Pros:

The food was nasty but I’m a picky eater but I liked that it came with the stay the rooms were clean we got the handy cap room and it’s was enough room for two kids me my husband and our baby we loved the heated pool it was a nice stay
