Room wasn’t ready until past 4pm. Front desk Staff was rude. Area was dirty. Elevator very sketchy. Felt like a motel.
Breakfast was good. Only staff member we saw was the clerk at check-in and checkout.
The alarm on the night stand up went off at 6 am without us setting it. At 7 am the fire alarm went off. Went back to bed and at 9:00 am someone tried to come in our room. When we called the front desk they apologized saying that they had a mix up and maids were going to clean the room. After that we just got up and left.

I booked double room on booking.com when I arrived to hotel the reception desk staff was very rude I checked in and the room I got was wrong not double room I called the reception desk to let them know that the room I got was wrong and the staff yelling on me and his voice. we don’t have that room if you don’t want that room he said he doesn’t know and I just try to calm him down because he was getting angry and angry and I didn’t want no problem I just stayed on the single room which is I paid for a double room the staff was very rude and unprofessional the hotel also very dirty all dusty.

Too much dog hair and loose dogs! This was scary. Also I felt with dog hair on my suit case and it was on the towels. I know people love dogs but come one…
In the future can we have dog friendly floors like smoke friendly floors.

It was a clean space and the lady at the front desk (Amy) was so nice and patient. It seemed pretty busy when I arrived but she was able to handle everything quickly and swiftly!
