Pros:

It was close to my car rental drop off spot for the airport and it was close to the Vegas strip.

Cons:

I heard the airplanes, her dogs multiple times during the two nights that was stayed, and our room had an adjoining door. We did not know our neighbors, and we could hear them very loudly and they kept knocking on the adjoining door. I know the hotel cannot control their guest, but there were major noise issues when we were in the kitchen and living room area.

Very difficult to get to the front desk from our room. Better signage is needed definitely!!! We ended up going outside and coming around to the front because inside we were unable to find our way to the front desk. The faucet in the bathroom was for conservation of water, and we understand that. But for a man to shave, it was not conducive.

Good 2 night stay while we were in town for Hoover Dam and strip tour. Overall nice hotel which is almost done being ren

Very close to airport and rental car facilities. Offer free airport shuttle

Cons:

Breakfast could be updated to have more variety. They are renovating so maybe that’s coming

Pros:

Cama muy cómoda y habitación espaciosa y con todo lo necesario. El desayuno me ha parecido muy correcto. Creo que tener huevos, pan, fruta, avena, etc… es algo esencial para tener en un desayuno básico y me fui muy contenta.

Cómodo por estar cerca del aeropuerto. A 3km de la entrada al Strip de las Vegas. Habitación amplia con un pequeño salon y cocina bien equipados. Desayuno un poco justo como en la mayoría del pais.

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema con el baño que, tras esperar dos horas hasta las 0.00 de la noche utilizando los baños públicos, tuvimos que solucionar nosotros mismos porque nadie se presentó a repar.
Por la noche, a las 5.00a.m!!! se pusieron a trabajar en la reforma de la habitación que teniamos encima haciendo un ruido terrible que nos mantuvo en vela en lo que quedó de noche. No lo podíamos creee!!
No entiendo como pueden ofrecer un trato tan penoso a sus clientes.
Todavía estamos esperando respuesta a nuestra reclamación.
