The shower had mold in it and the couch had dirt and was worn out. The beding was really old and worn out. It didn't feel clean to me.

Pros - super close to the car rental returns at Las Vegas airport, spacious rooms
Cons - this place is old and beat up, the lobby looks fine of course, but on your way to the elevator, the carpet turns into old, gray and the elevator looked like a former service elevator. The next morning, after dragging luggage to the elevator, there was a sign saying "out of order". We had to walk to the other end and around a corner to the other questionable elevator, take it down, walk outdoors across the patio to get to the lobby to check out. The other main con is that the house phone system was down, which meant they would not be able to alert guests in the case of an emergency. I did not feel comfortable with that at all. The bedding was not comfortable. This place is beat up and well worn and in no way an "excellent" hotel.

Do not stay here. This is hands down the most depressing delapidated Hilton property I have ever stayed in. From the surly front desk clerk to the filthy carpets, chipped paint, scratched furniture and 1990s decor, this place is awful. It’s close to the airport so you hear planes coming and going to boot. Find somewhere else to stay in Vegas.

Room was clean and everything worked well. Asked at front desk for dish sponge and soap and it was provided without a problem. Reserved shuttle back to airport when we arrived and no trouble there either. Breakfast was delicious. Room spacious. Beds comfortable. A good deal with more amenities than anything on the strip.

Overall a disappointing stay. I booked this hotel because of the 24 hour shuttle service. I landed, and I called for the shuttle. They gave clear instructions and I followed them exactly (still not sure why they quote 15 minutes when by Google Maps the hotel is 4-7 minutes away). But without giving me the complete story, sounds like handoff from clerk to driver didn’t happen correctly and they forgot to go to the pickup location. 30 minutes later in 40 degree temperatures, I’m calling them back and then waiting another 15 minutes for the shuttle. The whole idea of staying close to the airport to make things easy was totally shot. The staff were barely apologetic and acted like they forgot to bring me towels not leaving me stranded for nearly an hour at 1am in a dark airport. No peace offering (this would have been an easy, here’s some store items to make this better for you). I get to the room and it’s old and tired. The hallways are depressingly sterile and feel like a mental asylum. The closet tracks have so much dirt and debris in them that they stain my bag that I left on top of them. The breakfast was decent, certainly not great (couldn’t find fresh yogurt or fruit) and pastries looked stale. The price was average not great…so I guess I got even less than what I paid for.
