Very uncomfortable
Pros:

Nothing. Just free parking.

Cons:

Everything. From the moment you enter the property, you will find something to complain. Poorly maintained, weird smell everywhere.

Pros:

I especially like the easy free parking and the included breakfast. Rooms are always very clean and neat. The man the works in the cafe remembered our coffee order at breakfast time as we are regular visitors to the hotel! We will be back many times this year as we attend the football at nearby Accor Stadium 😁

Pros:

Very friendly staff, easy to find, and relatively roomy. Rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy.

Cons:

The front rooms have no sound proofing so it's very noisy listening to Liverpool Rd traffic all night long, then those getting up early for breakfast chatting away too. Low water pressure in the shower.

Pros:

Just checked in for a long work stay. It’s going to be a LONG 12 nights!!!! 🤮

Check in staff lovely. Cannot fault the young lady.. However…

First room stank of cigarettes and fridge broken.

Second room mildly better but still very low quality and cigarette smell still present. Can hear everything from other rooms too. Bed is hard as a board too.

Given the choice DO NOT STAY HERE.

Great location and staff, but cleanliness is quite poor.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming during my stay. The reception staff were great, and helped me when I had an issue with my room during my second night there. The location was great. It was about a 7 minute walk to chinatown, and a 10-14 minute walk to the train station. Mind you, there are also bus stops around to cut those walking times significantly. It was easy to access the facility and gain access to my room.

Cons:

The cleanliness was quite poor. I found stains on the bed sheets, floors, walls, etc. There was a significant drain fly problem with my first room - the bathroom were filled with them ( I did get moved to a different room after speaking to reception). There was also one day where I was getting ready and someone (believe it was the cleaning staff) entered my room without knocking ( she thought no one was there). I'm glad she knocked the second time she was about to enter. The walls were also very thin. I could hear my neighbours clearly.

Excellent value accommodation in a great location.
Pros:

Very comfortable and spotlessly clean apartment. Lovely staff. Very nice continental breakfast. The accommodation is aging and probably due for renovation or refurbishment. However, this is well reflected in the tariff and I would prefer it to continue on as is …….with it’s very reasonable rates.

Cons:

I would have liked hand lotion or moisturiser provided……. I take my own shampoo, conditioner and soaps so didn’t need those but had been expecting a moisturiser. A very, very minor quibble!
