Great hotel and room. Friendly staff. But services to be improved
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Spacious room and spotless.
But the internal process is so much broken.
Had to wait 24h to have my toilets fixed, and requested 2 days in a row to have my room cleaned.
Would be great that shower wouldn’t send water to the whole bathroom too.

Grande qualità e servizio.
Pros:

Posizione, camere ampie e servizio.

Cons:

Non ha l’Hard Rock Cafe all’interno il che lo rende meno affascinante. Il parcheggio valet costa 70$ al giorno, una follia ma ho visto che non è l’unico hotel in zona con questi prezzi.

Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist es ok.
Pros:

Top Lage. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer. Tolle Beleuchtung im Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Wasser in der Dusche war eine Katastrophe. Es konnte erst kein warmes Wasser eingestellt werden und als es wärmer wurde kam nur noch so heißes Wasser das man nicht mehr Duschen konnte. Silberfische im Zimmer. Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen

Perfect location, Roomy suite
Pros:

Gorgeous weather but it was surprisingly quiet around downtown. We heard from locals that this was partly due to the new parking laws which makes it difficult for anyone to drive in. I have never stayed at a Hard Rock Hotel before. Loved all the music props from celebrated musicians, and the staff were courteous. Enjoyed the suite. Very comfortable! My one complaint is that you can’t shower without getting water all over the “entry.” Included a photo for reference. Otherwise, very nice place to stay!

Okay for a night or two but not for an extended stay
Pros:

The location was great for the conference center. It was right there in Gaslamp so it was good for walking.

Cons:

The room was laid out by some stoned 70' hippy and just never really updated. There were odd angles and obvious quirks. The bed was very uncomfy. Our room only had hot or scalding water and hotel couldn't fix it. Even our toilet had hot water! A glass had broke in our room and after asking twice it was never cleaned up.

Overall a great stay
Pros:

Great location for this hotel, when we pulled up we were promptly attended to by valet and bellman. There was security personnel in front keeping things safe.
Our suite was comfortable it had an unusual layout but hey it worked! The shower area did pool but was a minor annoyance.
We ate breakfast both mornings at Mary Jane’s, the food was good, service was good and pleasant..shout out to Celina at Mary Jane’s , keep smiling! ❤️
We made some purchases in the rock shop, the guy the first night wasn’t friendly and wasn’t helpful.
A different career path for him maybe (?)
When we went back the next night we were happily waited on by Brenda. She exchanged our purchase and we bought an additional item.
She handled it with courtesy and professionalism.

The person that shined the most during our visit was ANDREW the bellman!! Hell yeah! That guy was totally helpful, a great personality, and very professional.
