Cons:

Reservei um quarto mais caro para 3 pessoas, mas ao chegar fui informada que o quarto não tinha uma terceira cama. Fui para um quarto pior e não me deram nenhum desconto por isso. O quarto era apertado para 3 pessoas, as camas eram muuuuito moles. A localização é perto da Ganslamp, o que parece bom , mas a região é tomada de moradores de rua que causam um pouco de insegurança de caminhar por lá. O estacionamento custa US$70,00 por dia !!!!!!!!!!!!! Um assalto!!!!!

Pros:

My family loves this hotel. It is the only hotel we stay at when we visit SD. The location is perfect, the restaurants are great, and there is a Starbucks next door and so many places to eat, drink and shop. The hotel is super trendy and rooms are awesome. Staff is always helpful and polite!
