Nice location overall.
Pros:

The room was on the eleventh floor overlooking San Diego Bay. The location in the Gaslamp Quarter was excellent and was close to Petco Field. The convention center is right across the street. Also, light rail is available right outside the hotel.

Cons:

The extra fees were quite high.

Crooked management stealing from customers.

The front desk manager purposefully rejected my credit card payments 4 times in a row because he liked seeing me (a disabled person with a walker) struggle. My bank can confirm the room payment of $163.00 was not declined by them
