Best staff ever! Amazing management team and front desk staff
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in Jasper, Alabama! From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure I had a great experience. The hotel was spotless, my room was comfortable and well-maintained, and everything felt fresh and inviting.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the dining area was clean and well-stocked. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was, which made for a relaxing and restful night’s sleep.

It’s clear that the entire team takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a high standard throughout the property. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone visiting the Jasper area. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

Best hotel yet
Pros:

Best hotel that I’ve stayed at! The rooms are very clean! Great breakfast! And amazing staff! My favorite part was hot cold the rooms can get, I was able to get mine down to 64!

A decent location depending on where you are traveling with a good value.
Pros:

The location was a little out of the way from the highway I needed to get back to, but everyone was kind and professional.

Cons:

Every time the air turned on, it made a loud clicking noise like something was stuck in the vent, but everyone was attentive and I didn't want to bug them super late as it was already late when I checked in. No major complaints though.
