lovely hotel, reception staff could be friendly
Pros:

the cleanliness and comfort

Cons:

I thought the reception staff could be more inviting and friendly, same person serving the bar if was more friendly would have had a couple of beers but we just had the 1, just served us no nice inviting friendly smile or a chat, only 1 small milk portion each in room with 2 coffes n 2 tbags appart from that hotel was lovely

Satisfactory but not worth £100 per night.
Pros:

The location was brilliant and the parking was a huge bonus

Cons:

It was a decent room with decent amenities but for £100 a night it felt very dated, the curtain had ketchup (i hope) stains and when leaning on the backboard from the bed, the whole bed moves away from you, i understand this is a very small issue but it's quite annoying! There was no rails to hang any towels, the heater barely heated the pretty cold room either.

We only stayed for 1 night and this place was fine for what we needed in terms of area. It just wasnt comfortable
Pros:

It’s a great place to stay for the convenience of getting to the AO arena. And from what I saw of the other hotels, this place probably has the best carpark in terms of space and access. The staff were nice and friendly.

Cons:

The bed was super uncomfortable and the pillows are thin. Also you can hear everyone else that staying on the same floor.

A disappointing stay due to extra parking and EV charges, poor room condition, a musty smell, and excessive noise from o
Pros:

The location was very handy as it is close enough to be able to walk to the city centre

Cons:

Overall, my stay was disappointing and fell short of expectations.

First, parking is charged as an extra, and even though the hotel offers EV charging, you have to pay *on top* of the parking fee to use it. For a modern hotel, that feels unreasonable and not very guest focused.

In the room, several basics were lacking: the pillows were ripped, the mattress felt old and uncomfortable, and there was a noticeable musty smell. These are fundamental comfort and cleanliness issues that should be addressed urgently.

Noise was also a serious problem. Guests in the adjacent room were unreasonably loud, and there didn’t seem to be any effective measures to encourage quiet or maintain a peaceful environment. Clear “keep noise down” signage and more active enforcement of quiet hours would greatly improve the experience for all visitors.

With improvements to room quality, cleanliness, and noise control along with a more reasonable approach to parking and EV charging this could be a much better place to stay.
