Won't stay here again
Pros:

Nothing much to say in a positive way

Cons:

The doors of the other rooms were slamming all morning so there was no chance of sleeping in, the smoke alarm went off at 10am and staff in the hallways were really noisy. I feel like theres lots of other hotels in Manchester which are much nicer for the same price

The rooms are small, en suites very small and there was no iron or ironing board. Also asked a couple of times for a vat receipt and not received it yet.

Good value, handy location and parking on site.
Pros:

Good value for money, basic room but adequate. Good parking on site, reasonable price to park. Staff very helpful and friendly. Not far to walk in to the city.

Cons:

It was basic and could do with a refurbishment.

Decent but unexpected charges
Pros:

Very convenient to walk to nearby restaurants and pubs. The bed was comfortable and there is a fan.

Cons:

Unexpected parking charge of £12 a day! We weren't told this till we booked.

Considering we booked as a couple, you'd think they would provide tea / coffee for two. But no - only one teabag and one coffee sachet with barely enough milk for one drink!

Clean, comfortable and super friendly staff!
Pros:

I had a lovely comfortable stay at the stay inn. It is located just outside of Manchester City centre but easily walkable. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great value for money hotel would highly recommend!

Ok as a bed for a concert stay over.
Pros:

The staff were nice on reception and it was close enough to walk to the AO arena, I use a walking stick and they looked after me putting me on the ground floor.

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty, on top of the bath panel you could tell it hadn't been cleaned for a while and the shower wasn't great either, general cleanliness lacked.
