Location was good, there was onsite parking and shops and takeaways right next to the hotel. You could bring food back to the room which was a bonus for us.
Small room. No lift that we could find and we got top floor which was not good for my back.
Clean, very convenient but mostly happy with onsite parking. Will definitely stay again.

Great location for central Manchester. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Just right for a night or two. Shame that there was a car park charge, especially as I wished to extend the parking for a just a couple of hours, but had to pay for another 24hours. Otherwise, very good.

Affordably priced, and convenient location to drive to and get into central Manchester.
The room key fob is comically large and unwieldy. The staff are not particularly friendly, and they also demanded my credit card for a deposit on the room which I was not comfortable with. I had to pay £100 which was refunded on my departure, very odd way of going about it
Some of the staff was decent and the room was okay too
The car park was small due to an event going on parking was almost nonexistent, the pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable and need to get extra pillows to feel comfortable. There was one staff I felt was rude and when asking for help they look like they on something which I found completely unacceptable. while the others were okay and approachable. Furthermore as for the tea and sugar selection I find there wasn’t much sugar to use and the milk the had wasn’t good either as it would be better if they had an option for non dairy products too, as I can’t have dairy all that much due to being lactose intolerance.

Close to shopping centre with Lovely little market stalls outside it. AO Arena and other visitors attractions within walking distance .on site parking.
