the location by the river Thames with views of the river,the lovely large rooms.It had a restaurant for an evening meal,and it had car parking
the room had no toilet paper,it never did turn up I raided the public toilet for some.Someone also forgot it was a room for 2 persons not 1 and there was not enough towels. I suspect housekeeping were short of staff. There was a lot of stairs and no lift.
Location. Excellent food and friendly staff
Room and furnishings were very tired
The location was perfect for relaxetion and the view is perfection:the river, ducks, swans, the bridge
The staff is very helpfull and helps with everything we needed. Including ordering a taxi to the airport
My room had an amazing view, great a.c. the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure perfect.
There is a great resturant 15 min easy walk from there, and central town in 15 min walk at the oposite diraction
The breakfast was very basic. I expected more.
But the town is an easy walk and i had good opptions

The breakfast is as much as you like. Rooms comfortable, great views of the river Thames.
Poor lighting in room, only bedside no central light. Doors slamming in this building. Door closures need fixing. Parking should be free for residents.

Good sized room and easy parking. Great location on the river.
On our first night stay (before going on foreign holiday) was poor. Restaurant food was adequate (microwaved curry and rice). Room on second floor and no lift with heavy suitcases. Kept awake by noise of mouse scratching. Breakfast poor quality and coffee machine not working (they did get us a coffee from somewhere but no good) and some elements missing (no eggs?) although cheap. On our next night returning from holiday 10 days later, the bathroom was dirty and we had to ask for it to be recleaned, which meant a long walk as we were again on the second floor (no lift) and the room phone did not work. Building in need of some love and attention.
Wonderful location. Views over the river. Stayed for one night as we were starting our Thames path walk from here.

Lovely position although photos of the room I chose showed full view and balcony over river. All we had was a window and a side view of river.
2 flights of stairs to room. Poor selection of food at breakfast with no fresh fruit.
We knew beforehand but think £10 a night to park is a bit steep.
Room was comfortable, quiet, clean.
Food was suprisingly good.
Common areas were a bit tired, sticky carpets and needed painting/new woodwork

-sengen var tilpas blød/hård til os.
Kunne lave te kaffe på værelset.
Personalet var altid smilende og snakkesalig, prøvede også at finde værelse hvor vinduet kunne åbnes, dog uden held.
Kunne altid spørge efter te, kaffe og mælk, så kom de med det efter 2 minutter.
God udsigt, bag lukkede vinduer '-)
Ingen mulighed for at åbne vinduer/balkon døre. (de var sømmet fast, - med grunden/beskeden, - at der kom dyr/insekter ind fra Themsen) Meget indelukket men med mulighed for aircondition tændt :-(

Gammelt, slidt. Skæve gulve med pludselig hul ned, og - bølget gulvtæpper.
- Meget lydt, kunne høre alt på hotellet, bla. tænd sluk af lys andre steder, vandhanen åbnes og udtræk af toiletter. - Åbent under døren så lys fra gangen kom ind hele natten. (kunne dækkes til med håndklæde) :-) Beskidt - hår i badekar og nullermænd i gulvtæppet. Støv guirlander fra loftet.

Staff and location were great. We had dinner included which was pretty good and served quickly. Nice sitting area out the back of the restaurant where smoking is not permitted. Discovered this a bit on the late side. Other area with picnic type tables was full of smokers which was a shame.
Room was very worn, rolls in the carpeting. Bathroom was tired and tub/shower was rather poorly installed. Tub/shower was 6 inched up on a makeshift platform, which made it rather high for getting in for a shower.
Lovely view and the petals snd Fizz where a nice touch for our Honeymoon night.
Pillows could gave been a bit better!
