Le cadre est sympathique avec la vue sur la Tamise, le petit déjeuner est très bien
En réservant nous pensions être logé dans le bâtiments historique comme les photos le laissent imaginer. Notre chambre était en fait située dans un bâtiment beaucoup plus récent, et moins charmant, juste à côté...Les odeurs d'égout dans la salle de bain sont simplement dues à la bonde de la douche qui n'est pas adaptée. Cette bonde de douche est inefficace car elle ne siphonne pas l'évacuation de la douche et laisse passer les mauvaises odeurs circulant dans les canalisations d'eaux usées.
paul was an amazing host.. nothing to much trouble and the service was superb.
the only negative was the shower which was difficult to adjust either scolding hot or cold..

Green overnight light in room. We have stayed there in a different room which did not have this light. That stay was excellent

Superb location on the Thames. We booked an executive room, which had a lovely view of the river.
Large, comfortable bed, and a luxurious 'waterfall' shower.
The only reason l didn't mark the hotel as superb was the lack of facilities such as a gym/pool, and no lift, (as my wife has limited mobility. We were offered a smaller, ground floor room, but she wanted the view!). The staff were without exception very friendly and helpful, and the food was very good.
We would definitely stay again.
