Very pleasant accommodation for a multi day trip to Hobart.
Pros:

Located in easy flat walking distance to Salamanca Place and not too far away from the CBD. (15 mins enjoyable walk) Not more than 15 minutes drive to the MyState Bank Arena. Plenty of options for eating out close by in Battery Point and Salamanca Place.
Rooms are very comfortable with opening door to outside balcony for the Tasmanian fresh air. Kitchenette is equipped with basic items for cooking or reheating meals. Great sized shower with good heat and pressure. Bed was very comfortable.
Off street parking on the property was good, close to the front entrance.

Cons:

Early risers in the room above woke us up at 5am for two mornings and they seemed to be opening and closing every drawer multiple times!

Enjoyable Stay at St Ives Apartments
Pros:

Very clean, quiet and comfortable stay. Loved that it was close and within walking distance to everything.
Friendly staff and very enjoyable stay.

Pros:

Very convenient location in a beautiful historic part of Hobart. Great nearby cafes and restaurants, and short walk to Salamanca Markets on Saturday. Carpark on-site was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again when next in Hobart.
