Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at this apartment/motel.
The room was large and clean, with good facilities. Bathroom was spotless.
The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the heart of Battery Point, with easy access to Salamanca (just noting that the property is on slope. Also a short walk into the Hobart centre. Lots of cool bars and restaurants nearby, as well as the excellent Salamanca Fresh supermarket.
I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The property was advertised as apartments but the vibe was more like a motel (no big deal, just worth mentioning).

Value for money with excellent facilities
Pros:

Five minute walk to the dock area, it's an old building but the inside looks fresh and new. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is GREAT value

Perfect Location and quality apartment.
Pros:

Great location, easy walking distance to Salamanca market and CBD. Clean rooms, staff were on hand on arrival. Lounge area/kitchen in 2 bedroom apartment comfortable and convenient. Excellent heating and views.

Cons:

The twin share room didn't really have anywhere to put your suitcases and the toilet being in the bathroom. Neither of these would impact me staying here again. It was a minor inconvenience.

Pros:

The location was very good. We were attending a concert at MyState Bank Arena, and we weren't too far away. The city centre was also very close. So a great location all round.

Cons:

There was some noise from above us, but thankfully, that settled down after a while.

A most convenient location and the studio apartment was ideal for a couple.
Pros:

The location was ideal within walking distance of Salamanca Place. CBD, foreshore, restaurants and a short drive from airport.
Staff were most helpful and daily housekeeping ensured spotless rooms.
