My stay was fantastic. Everything was excellent. Very nice room. I got a great upgrade and I will definitely come back.

Cons:

The room was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was also very nice and all the people i dealt with from the front office and the other staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Персоналът беше изключително любезен. Бяхме резервирали делукс стая за 2ма възрастни с малко дете. При настаняване се оказа, че са ни направили upgrade с апартамент. Беше прекрасна изненада и се почувствахме специални. След като се прибрахме от вечеря имахме малки шоколадчета до леглата, което също беше много мил жест. Навсякъде беше чисто, уютно и топло. Гледката беше разкошна. Локацията е страхотна, близо до централната част, но не беше шумно и има няколко възможности за паркиране в близост. Закуската беше вкусна, както и кафето.
Всички бяха много мили и приветливи и със сигурност бихме посетили хотела отново!

Great stay in a perfect location
Pros:

We had an amazing stay. Staff is very friendly, incredible hospitality. We were upgraded to a fantastic room. We were off season, and I had gym and sauna just for me. I am staying in different hotels all the time for work, and am a little careful with non-chain hotels, but Modus was really amazing. A little issue with air conditioner was resolved immediately. Everything was more than perfect!
