The perfect Varna city spot
Pros:

Great spot, so close to the city centre and hubs.
Great staff, good facilites (the sauna was lovely after swimming in the Black Sea one morning). Room was spacious and bed was comfy.

Everyone is very polite and friendly. They arranged early check-in and offered free upgrade. The location is in the ideal center.

Le personnel est adorable . Spécialement Yavor à la réception, merci pour les sourires et la gentillesse !
Merci aussi pour la capacité d adaptation et la souplesse en acceptant de mettre un lit dans notre chambre pour que notre fille puisse dormir dans le même hôtel qui était complet .

Pros:

Upon arrival I was offered a free of charge room upgrade to apartment 80 located on top floor of the building and including a private roof top terrace with a view over the park. The apartment is very well equipped and elegantly arranged.

Excellent Staff & Great Hospitality
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was great, but what truly made the experience special was the staff.
The personnel were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.
They even upgraded my room free of charge and mentioned that they often do this for guests whenever possible, which was a very thoughtful gesture and highly appreciated.
Their positive attitude and care made me feel very comfortable.
Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

Cons:

The only downside during my stay was the free internet connection, which was unfortunately quite slow — even loading Netflix was difficult at times. It may have been related to my room location, but since it is part of the overall hotel experience, I believe it’s worth mentioning. If this could be improved, the stay would be even better.
