Great location, amazing friendly staff...our go to hotel in Kuta..
Pros:

The staff are amazing. The boys at the Pool Bar upstairs and down were especially friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

A couple of the restaurant staff couldn't understand us and had to get help from other staff members. We understand they are learning but it's a bit frustrating.

Everything was great , excellent staff and restuarant very accomadating and because I got a leg tattoo , telling us about old bedding helped save any additional costs incase damage of bedding

Great location, clean, friendly Staff, comfortable bed. Good balcony. Will be booking again. Good value.

Disappointing
Pros:

First room stunk of mildew & they changed me for a better room it was ok

Cons:

Breakfast was not good. The pools looked dirty. The ladder going into pool was broken, the concrete was all broken & uneven around pool, The 4 times I went to lay by the pool there was never any towels

Large spacious , clean rooms, great balcony.
Comfortable beds, very good location to Garlic Lane, beach etc, and large pool excellent for doing laps. I love the traditional Balinese architecture here.

Cons:

The doors to the balcony a little tricky, but for the rate, it’s an excellent place to stay.
