Great stay for our last three nights in Bali.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good value, buffet, eat as much as you like. The hotel is well located with easy walking to everywhere. Staff always very helpful.
Extremely good value.

Cons:

Wifi connection wasn’t possible a lot of times definitely needs improvement and perhaps a few wall fans in the lovely restaurant as it gets quite warm in there.

Always good, Staff of the best quality.
Pros:

Has always been a good place to stay. Mostly all things are great, but this latest stay, the room had NO hot water. We did not report it as we only stayed 3 nights , and the Staff were disappointed we did not report it! Also, white ants, or similar , each night “ chew “ out the timber , leaving “ sawdust “ residue all over the floor.

Cons:

Love the property ! the place is old, and sadly lacks serious internal room maintaince.

Will not be back it’s a shame but humiliation is not ok
Pros:

Location.

Cons:

I was treated like second class citizen with staff bringing a pillow slip to reception that I accidentally put ink on. They showed me that slip in front of my friends and other guests. I was so embarrassed. I was happy to pay the money but I didn’t need to be treated that way.
Also animals in my roof and wall
Space scratching all night.
Room smelt damp and air freshener was installed.

Pros:

Pools were lovely, good location, staff very friendly, big improvement on Wifi since last stay , big rooms .

Cons:

Room definitely needs updating,especially bathroom, tv basically non existent, beds uncomfortable , not enough lighting very dark room .

Pros:

Overall, excellent location, value for money, staff were fabulous and welcoming.

Cons:

The only problem I had was the location of my room being at the front of the hotel and could here the road noise a fair bit, however if was location of my room was towards the we back this wouldn't have been a issue.

Enjoyed the stay but bathroom was tied and needed a good freshen up.
Pros:

Location was excellent and staff were very good. Value for money was good.

Cons:

Room nice and large but only one power outlet to charge accessories, no outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer and not a single hook or hand rail to hang clothes and towels in the bathroom. Curtains were white and let in all the outside light at night. Room just needs a good refurbishment

Enjoyed my stay
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The room was as I expected. The location is excellent. I did have issue with a staff member who put his hand on my shoulder as I was leaving the dining room after breakfast and in front of the whole room accused me of not paying for breakfast when I had paid for the week on arrival. Fortunately I had kept the receipt but it was handled well.

Perfect and calm stay
Pros:

Location was quite good, facilities in the Hotel were excellent, good food for everyone, both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Welcoming and helpful staff. The smile and welcoming on the reception was so heartwarming. Thank you so much Chitra. Perfect value for money, highly recommended.

I really don’t remember if that thought ever came in my mind during that stay.

The staff is what made our stay very welcoming well done 👍
Pros:

Overall experience was good but some attention needed in certain areas like the bathroom shower was a little bit mouldy and the room smelt musty, but this might be due to the rain over the last five days overall staff were wonderful and made us feel welcome
Lastly..we had some light entertainment with the fight between the cats and rats in our ceiling a few nights

Cons:

Poor lighting in the room and better ventilation
A little more attention to detail when you advertise buffet facilities Make sure you have plenty of food, especially when it’s barbecue night !!
