The people there are so accommodating, go above and beyond, food drinks everything on point. Couldn’t ask for a better p

I’ve been here many times and loved every time I’m there. The people who work there make your stay that much better, so beautiful.

Great location and facilities, staff slow and rooms old with plumbing issues. If you stay get ground floor room

Cons:

The staff at pool bar were in attentive and we had to wave them down even while coming to the swim up bar to order. Getting pool towels was hard as noone ever around and having to flag someone down at the bar or front office.
Staff did not come and clean up the pool area after guests left, which left towels on loungers that were no longer being used, dirty dishes and food left around.
Not enough sunloungers around roof top pool or seating around the ground pool.

Our rooms on level 4 had plumbing issues that got fixed when we asked. And then the water for the shower dis not work well from the pump. It came on and off.
It was so bad I couldn’t wash my hair.
We asked to change rooms and i stead we were upgraded but had to pay fees.

Unfortunately I will not recommend this hotel or stay again.

The staff were lovely, the roof top pool was fantastic and the cocktails were Devine.
