Pros:

El hotel es correcto y tiene su encanto, aunque algo desfasado y con falta de mantenimiento. La habitación tenía un buen tamaño y estaba muy limpia.

Durante nuestra estancia el ascensor no funcionaba y el desayuno era bastante escaso

El peor sitio en el que estuvimos: Decepción total, falta de mantenimiento y descanso nulo

Los tornillos oxidados en la piscina y cerca de las hamacas sobretodo porque no lo había visto jamás.

Cons:

Nuestra peor experiencia hotelera. No lo recomendamos. Precio-calidad pésimo.

Mirar fotos y juzgar por ustedes mismos.
Elegimos este hotel esperando disfrutar de unos días de descanso, pero la realidad fue muy distinta. La estancia estuvo llena de carencias que arruinaron nuestras vacaciones. A continuación detallo los puntos más críticos: Falta de mantenimiento: El estado general del hotel es preocupante. El deterioro es evidente, hasta el punto de que el tejado parecía estarse cayendo a trozos.
- Piscina descuidada: Nos encontramos con una piscina sucia de un día para otro. Los fondos estaban llenos de dátiles caídos de las palmeras, dando una clara señal de falta de limpieza y atención.
- Descanso difícil o imposible (Cero aislamiento): Las habitaciones tienen un aislamiento acústico pésimo. Se escucha absolutamente todo el exterior.
- Desayuno insuficiente: La oferta de desayuno es muy escasa y cuenta con muy poca variedad, quedando lejos de lo que uno espera en un hotel de estas características.
- Personal: El trato recibido por parte del personal fue simplemente normal, nada destacable que pueda compensar las deficiencias del alojamiento.

En conclusión, un lugar que necesita una intervención urgente en sus instalaciones y políticas de descanso y desayuno para poder ofrecer un servicio mínimamente aceptable.

The rooms are large and comfortable. The location is excellent for all activities in the area.

Cons:

De sfeer in het hotel is nogal onpersoonlijk. Het personeel geeft maar weinig om de gasten, zeker aan de receptie. het zwembad bevatte enorm veel chloor. De sfeer in het restaurant was niet bepaald gezellig.

We had an a fabulous stay! Highly recommend! The staff were great!!
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. Loved the pool! We enjoyed the buffet breakfast that was provided. The staff were very nice and helpful! We even got to see the monkeys in the trees while kicking back at the pool! Good location; a short drive to the Manuel Antonio park and several stores and restaurants!

Cons:

Parking was a little tricky but manageable.

Séjour parfait
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, équipée d’un frigo et d’un coin évier. Végétation luxuriante dans le jardin de l’hôtel. Personnel souriant et agréable. Depuis la piscine nous avons aperçu des singes dans les arbres au loin. Tout était parfait pour terminer notre séjour au Costa Rica.

Dormir dans sa voiture c’est mieux.
Pros:

La gentillesse de Nicole à la réception qui nous a réservé les entrées du parc.

Cons:

Très bruyant , on a l’impression de dormir dans la rue.
L’hôtel se situe au milieu d’un carrefour.
Chambres vieillottes et usées.
Le Petit déjeuner de très mauvaise qualité.
L’hôtel était en travaux au moment ou nous avons séjourné,les ouvriers ont laissé leurs ferrailles au milieu des accès de la piscine ! Le petit s’est blessé au pied…!
On a demandé de changer de chambre , cela a été fait grâce à Nicole .
Finalement on est parti .

Descanso de espaldas al mar
Pros:

La ducha salía con suficiente potencia y caudal de agua. A la puerta del hotel se ve la mejor puesta de sol

Los lugares para estacionar eran milimetricos, los ventiladores de techo no funcionaban. La atención del personal podría ser un poco más simpática

Pros:

The breakfast is amazing- could not wait to get up every morning to have the delicious fresh breakfast. Authentic Costa Rican food. The courtyard surrounded by lush greenery really made you feel like you’re emersed in the rainforest. Such a cool experience staying at this hotel!

Cons:

The floors in my room were a little sandy upon arrival
And every day, but I’m only saying this because I’m promoted to say something I didn’t like.
