Pros:

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Kylpylä oli monipuolinen ja kylpylän baarista sai kivasti tilattua ruokaa ja juomaa. Kylpylään oli mukava mennä kylpytakki päällä. Kylpylän aukioloaika oli laaja. Ravintolasali aamiaisella oli siisti ja tunnelmallinen. Huone oli siisti ja rauhallinen. Sängyt olivat hyviä ja saimme hyvin nukuttua. Kokonaisuus oli erittäin hyvä.

Cons:

Aamiainen oli melko tavanomainen ja mielestäni hinta paikanpäällä oli kallis verrattuna aamiaisen tasoon. Ensimmäisenä aamuna jouduimme jonottamaan 30 min aamiaiselle. Olisi hyvä, jos ruuhkista saisi jotenkin tietoa.
Huoneessa oleva lisävuode oli aika kova ja lisävuoteen jalkopääty ei meinannut pysyä pystyssä. Huoneessa oli vain yksi tyyny per sänky, joskin vastaanotosta sai pyydettyä lisää tyynyjä.

Персонал приятный. Завтрак разнообразный.

В номере было грязно. Душ очень неудобный. Все 3 дня в номере было холодно. Кондиционер очень шумный да и пользы от него никакого не было. В спа центре тоже было достаточно холодно.

Kätevä sijainti lähellä satamaa. Spa-alue täysin toimiva lasten kanssa, sopivasti tekemistä ja aktiviteetteja. Lämpötila erittäin hyvä vedessä sekä spa-alueella yleisesti. Aamupala buffet tyylinen, sopivan monipuolinen, erityisruokavaliot heikosti huomioitu.

Cons:

Tyynyt välttivät, paremmat saa lisäkustannuksella respasta. Huoneen lämpötilansäätö ei oikein onnistu, mutta ei ollut onneksi liian kuuma.
