Restaurant staff, friendly and great both dinner and breakfast,
Deluxe room bathroom had a very strong wastewater, sewages drink. Family room bathtub was broken. Requested rooms close together, didn't get.
Requested additional beds for kids in the rooms - via chat, confirmed via telephone - didn't get
The spa was such an added value and was really nice to have access to. We used the saunas each night! The staff were great.
The water in the hot tubs and pools weren't as warm as I would have liked and the spa closed at 10.

This hotel is across the road from the ferry, making it an excellent choice for ferry passengers. It is opposite the market. It is a short walk of about five minutes to the Old Town. It is situated between two tram stops.
There is a good restaurant attached and a buffet area. A rather pricey breakfast is available.
The hotel is a moderate size with plenty of lifts The staff are helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The views are urban. The real bonus is the spa and swimming facility. This is available free of charge to all guests. There are two steam rooms and two Finnish saunas.

I would like to say Thank you to Kulliki she always had a smile every morning when we went down for breakfast and was very knowledgeable and helpful .We wish you and (friend) the very best . Top Hotel mit tollem SPA Bereich. Top Lage zur Innenstadt oder zur Fähre. Personal ist freundlich. Frühstück war ebenfalls gut. Preis und Leistung stimmen.
Zimmer werden nur alle vier Tage gereinigt.
