Surprised about the wear and tear of the facilities
Pros:

Staying with family was convenient - spacious room for the 4 of us. The bathtub was convenient and comfortable.
Very good breakfast with a lot of variety and also ice cream. Could make our own waffles. And a kid corner at breakfast was great!
All day Spa and pool access was excellent!

Cons:

Overall it looks like the facilities need some refreshing - new chairs (now with visible huge stains, scratches in the wooden arm rests ets), new carpet needed in the room we stayed in because it is ripped in multiple places, picture in the room just screwed to the wall in the corners wihout actual frame. The pool tile also needs to be changed - loads of places with broken tile.

When entering the room on arrival, found tampone packaging in the corner next to the bed.

Cons:

Zuerst ein Zimmer in den Innenbereich /Spa Bereich. Dunkel und ohne Tageslicht. Überall Teppichböden, liebloses Frühstück und Frühstücksraum.

Overpriced. Old. Unfriendly receptionists
Pros:

We liked the location and breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The hotel is weirdly structured. It used to take 5 minutes from our room to the lobby as we had to cross corridors, doors, and steps.
Most importantly, the pool area is constantly super slippery and dangerous.
Finally, the staff never greets, never smiles and barely answers. One night it was raining so much so we decided to have dinner in the hotel: we tried to enter the restaurant but they told us there was a waiting time of 1 hour (restaurant looked empty). So we asked some food to the bistrot: they told us they stopped serving food (it was 8 pm). Finally we ended up buying some overpriced sandwiches from the fridge in the lobby and , because they were frozen, we asked at the bistrot if they could at least heat them for us: the answer was no, they heat only baby food.
So we went back to the reception explaining our multiple attempts: a girl did not even reply, another employee passing by decided to help us out. Just out of kindness.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel für einen Kurztrip nach Tallinn mit wirklich schönem Spa Bereich.
Pros:

Tolle und kinderfreundliche Unterkunft, ohne wie ein Kinderhotel zu wirken. Fantastischer Spa-Bereich und schöne, gepflegte Zimmer. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

Cons:

Nichts.

Pomocny personel w każdej sytuacji

Cons:

To samo jedzenie każdego dnia na śniadanie, brak urozmaicenia, przy pobycie 6 dniu to dla mnie niedopuszczalne. Brak strefy wyciszenia w okolicach saun, ludzie i dzieci do saun suchych wchodzą w klapkach plastikowych, wnoszą plastikowe butelki z wodą, siadają baspośrednio w sałnie nie stosując ręczników to jest niehigieniczne i toksyczne. Następnym razem wybiorę inny hotel w Talinie.

Labai kokybiška SPA zona, skanus ir gausus pusryčių maistas. Gera lokacija.

Cons:

Vonios kambaryje dušas buvo tiesiog ant grindų ir visur taškėsi vanduo. Vanduo bėgdavo net iki durų. Po to naudotis tualetu buvo nepatogu, nes visur šlapia.

Luxury value for money experience near to the centre of Tallinn
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff who were happy to store luggage ahead of check in. Pool and spa facilities excellent (although pools are shallow so more for relaxing than serious swimming) and everything very clean. A couple of the saunas were not working on the first day but were by day two, there were 5 different saunas/ steam rooms plus various different massage showers, bucket shower, seated pool, with jacuzzi, hot tub and various fountains in the two main pools, plus an outside pool and a children's pool. Pools were busy but still plenty of space and there are lockers which lock using a wristband given at reception which can also be used to record drinks purchases at the swim up bar, paid for on exit. Bathrobes and slippers are provided in your room. Room was comfortable, especially the bed, breakfast was very good with a huge choice to suit all tastes plus dietary needs. Drinks/ food in the evening also recommended, and the location was a short walk from Linnahall (where you can catch a bus to the nearby Pirita beach) and the old town centre, will definitely stay again soon.

Cons:

Minor things which didn't spoil my stay - the shower was a fixed overhead with no way of changing the angle and the hairdryer in the room only stayed on by holding a button down on the handle which I found awkward to do, so would bring my own for a longer stay. Removing the key card when leaving the room turned off all electricity so it wasn't possible to leave a phone on charge when going to the pool or down to breakfast. My room had a mini balcony overlooking the outdoor pool, which was great, but there was a function on the second evening and I could hear the music until midnight - but I always travel with earplugs so not a problem for me!
