Charming small hotel in an enchanting city.
Pros:

Lovely staff. Wonderful, comfortable room with terrace and views of the city. Nespresso machine and chocolates at turn down lovely.

Cons:

Excellent location close to train and walkable to all in the city.

Ein kurzer und sehr schöner Aufenthalt, es hat an nichts gefehlt
Pros:

Der Service war außerordentlich gut, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück zeichnet sich aus durch hohe Qualität! Wir waren außerordentlich zufrieden!

Es gab wirklich nichts, was zu beanstanden wäre

Pros:

De keurige kamer met het uitstekende bed. De minibar was gevuld en zonder bijkomende kosten te benutten. Het ontbijt was prima. Op verzoek werd er direct een ander crubble- egg gemaakt.

Cons:

Toen de boeking gerealiseerd was, verscheen ineens de melding dat ik voor €8 de kamer kon upgraden om een badkamer erbij te hebben. Dat vond ik een vreemde actie, want een kamer zonder badkamer vind je alleen in verouderde hotels uit het goedkope segment.

Es war wieder ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt.. und Potsdam immer gerne wieder in Ihrem Hotel .
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage.. Zentrum und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar.. Unser Zimmer war groß.. sehr sauber ( Kompliment)..hatte einen Balkon und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Frühstück war qualitativ sehr gut .
Es war unser 2. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage ist etwas schwierig befahrbar und das Parken auf der Hydraulikanlage nicht ganz einfach.
Wenn das Hotel noch einen Saunabereich bieten könnte, wäre es ein zusätzlicher Gewinn für die trübe Jahreszeit.
Auch etwas mehr Variabilität beim Frühstücksbufett wäre schön.

Really wonderful and convenient hotel. If you're staying in Potsdam I'd recommend it!
Pros:

The breakfast was really good, the staff was exceedingly helpful and fluent in English, the bar had a surprisingly good selection, the location was convenient to the historic center of town, and there was air conditioning — which is rare in Europe!

Cons:

The air conditioning unit was an unlabeled knob, which was bit confusing to understand, but that might have just been my American stupidity. Also, it was somewhat hard to find late-night eating options in the area. But that might be more of a town-wide issue tbh
