Staff were pleasant, let down by poor supervision of cleaning staff. Poor WiFi reliability.

Bathroom was grubby had hair on the floor toilet not clean. Nail clippings stacked on balcony table- yuck!

La Bella vista
Pros:

La localisation à proximité du centre et face au lac, la grande terrasse avec vue sur le lac, la piscine très agréable et le fabuleux petit déjeuner.

Cons:

J’y ai mangé un soir, c’était bon, mais la cuisine est un peu convenue.

Ein wunderbares, schönes, historisches Hotel mit Sicht auf See, schönen Pool, gutem Essen und zentral Lage
Pros:

Das ganze Hotel ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Es hat einen Speisesaal wo das Frühstück eingenommen wird. Alles ist sehr schön dekoriert mit Blumen und in diesem wunderbaren historischen Stil. Auch der Pool ist sehr sauber und die Liegen sind grosszügig um den Pool verteilt. Die Lage ist sehr schön direkt am See und in das historischeZentrum braucht es zu Fuss nur 5 Minuten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt frische Früchte verschiedene Kuchen, Brote Käse Fleisch etc. auch kann man die Bar benutzen. Es gibt Drinks und Speisen an der Poolbar, welche sehr kostengünstig sind.

Cons:

Das Bad ist etwas älter, aber grosszügig von den Quadratmetern

Fantastic location and excellent staff
Pros:

The staff are fantastic and make you feel very welcome…and this really stands out and makes for a pleasant stay. Add to this a great location overlooking the lake, close to the old town and the ferry and it’s an excellent hotel.

Cons:

If I had to make a small criticism it would be that it has the slight feel of a grand hotel that has grown a little tired. Small things that just give this vibe. I think it’s a minor issue as overall the experience was very positive.

Pros:

Fantastiskt läge med en personal som verkligen gjorde allt för att vi skulle ha det bra. Vi bokade en natt till då vi verkligen gillade hotellet och Stresa

Très bel hôtel en front de lac
Pros:

J'ai beaucoup apprécié le surclassement dont nous avons bénéficié. Le service bagagerie à l'accueil ainsi que l'accueil du personnel. La piscine. Le petit-déjeuner était très diversifié en produits salés mais peut-être pas assez en produits sucrés (pancakes, croissant...)
