Pros:

Ihana erilianen hotelli. Sisustus ja käytävät mielenkiintoiset. Hiljainen ja siisti huone. Sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa kiva.

Cons:

Aamupala hieman suppea, mutta hotelli oli niin edullinen että siihen nähden todellakin riittävä.

Nettes Hotel mit sehr eigenwilliger Architektur
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super - mitten in der Altstadt. Außerdem waren die Zimmer sehr sauber und die Heizung hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Betten waren bequem und die Zimmer passend eingerichtet. Einchecken war kein Problem und architektonisch war es sicherlich das interessanteste Hotel, in welchem wir je waren. Frühstück war ausreichend -der Saal grundsätzlich schön - das Porridge klasse!

Cons:

Das WLAN war wirklich nicht gut - ich hatte kaum Verbindung + es gab verschiedene Zugänge, was wirklich sehr verwirrend war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber man darf nicht erst um 9:30 Uhr kommen, sonst ist da einfach die Hölle los und das Personal kommt nicht nach mit dem Auffüllen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr eigenwillig. Wir waren im Hinterhof - d.h. man steht direkt draußen, wenn man aus dem Zimmer kommt - es gibt nur die Tür, keine Fenster. Das finde ich schwierig, da ich gerne nachts bei offenem Fenster schlafe und hier nicht die Möglichkeit hatte. Außerdem wurden uns die Zimmer als ruhig verkauft, was nicht der Fall war, weil die Türen so schwer zu gingen, dass es immer ein lauten Knall gab, wenn jemand anderes auf sein Zimmer ging. Aber Hauptmanko bleiben für mich das fehlende Fenster und das schlechte WLAN.

La posizione è comoda. Pulito.

Cons:

Quando sono arrivata il riscaldamento in camera mia era spento e, anche dopo averlo acceso, ci sono volute comunque ore prima che la stanza si scaldasse. Essendo già raffreddata me le sarei evitate quattro ore al freddo. Il bagno è rimasto freddo, anche lasciando aperta la porta di comunicazione con la camera da letto nella speranza che si scaldasse a sua volta.

La colazione è scadente, se non l'avete inclusa non pagate un sovrapprezzo per aggiungerla.

Infine: le informazioni sono sbagliate. Sono sbagliate le informazioni visibili su Booking e persino quelle sul foglietto che ti danno al check-in assieme alla chiave elettronica per aprire la stanza. Il check-out è scritto ovunque come mezzanotte ed è a mezzogiorno. È possibile che non solo stampi informazioni sbagliate (in due formati orari diversi) ma non le correggi neanche al check-in? Se non fosse venuto a me lo scrupolo di chiedere nessuno avrebbe avvertito.
PM significa post meridiem. Le 12 PM sono mezzanotte. Su Booking c'è scritto 23:59 come ora di check-out. Se non avete voglia di correggerlo prendetevi la briga di fare una nota a voce al momento del check-in, perché se non avessi chiesto per essere sicura avrei lasciato i bagagli.

Il wifi è un disastro, non ha mai funzionato per più di due minuti di fila. Invece di avere quattro reti wifi che non prendono letteralmente da nessuna parte pensate a metterne una che effettivamente serva a qualcosa.

Sono abituata a stare in ostello, se pago di più perché non mi sento bene e ho bisogno di riposo mi aspetto che le cose siano più semplici, non più difficili.
Esperienza non negativa in assoluto ma sicuramente non quella promessa.

Personalmente? Non lo consiglierei. Prese singolarmente sono inezie, tutte insieme però sono un cattivo servizio.

Nice stay
Pros:

Location was perfect for exploring Old Town, easy to get to from the airport by bus. Hotel had lots of charm and personality. Breakfast was good. In my room, there was a built in bench that ran along one whole side of the room. It was so useful to have for the extra space it provided.
