Cons:

Śniadanie bardzo szybko zostaje zamykane nawet kiedy goście jeszcze siedzą. W naszym pokoju od początku była zablokowana toaleta, po zgłoszeniu awarii zamiast wymiany pokoju otrzymałem do ręki przepychaczkę aby samemu usunąć awarie... trochę skandaliczne podejście do klienta.

Short and Sweet
Pros:

My son left his pillow behind, and he didn't realize it until we had already reached Kentucky. A day or two later I was contacted by staff that they could send it back for us! I was so impressed and very thankful. It may be just a pillow to us but to him it's a childhood memory he thought he was going to have to do without. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and loved watching movies on HBOmax!
