Amazing staff
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond. Everyone was so lovely.

Cons:

The only complaint I could come up with would be that the bathroom had some cosmetic issues, the paint in the bathtub area looked a bit funky and the door and counter had some chips.

Great stay
Pros:

The location was good. The beds were super comfy. Like really comfy and they gave you a lot of pillows which was nice. The pool was great our kids loved that. Our kiddos loved the pull out couch and wanted to sleep on that over the regular beds. The water pressure was great. The breakfast was good both days. My husband loved the 24/7 coffee. My kids liked the lemon water that was available everytime we came to the lobby. Overall it was a great stay

Cons:

While in the tub it made such a loud noise every move you made like the underside was rotted and the tub was unsupported and the only thing from you falling through. Maybe check out the bathroom in 215 for water damage under the tub?

Pros:

Wonderful staff! The hotel was very clean and came with a mini fridge! Tight quarters for a family of 6, but it worked out fine. We landed here due to a hurricane passing through, and the staff could not have been more helpful, flexible and understanding!

Great hotel, loved the beds, and good location to get to University of Tennessee to see our daughter
Pros:

The mattress was the best mattress I have slept on in a hotel. I usually don't sleep well in a hotel or sometimes at home and both nights I slept amazingly! Also the shower pressure was great!

Cons:

A little bit of water damage on the back of the bathroom door. That could be replaced.

Good but this time was disappointing.
Pros:

Love the location for the reason we visit Knoxville. We’ve stayed at this location several times. Best beds I’ve ever slept on. Always clean. Good little breakfast.

Cons:

One time can ruin it. They say no pets aloud but the room right next to us has a god that loved to park. Very annoying and frustrating when you’re wanting to relax. I spoke with the front desk girl and the only thing she said was “thanks for letting me know”. That was it. There’s definitely other hotels in the area so might have to start looking into them.

Great stay for one or two nights for the price

It made my 4 day visit very relaxing and is close enough to all the scenic tourist places
Pros:

The staff was great. Chris greeted us when we walked in and was so helpful and a pleasant person. The rooms were spacious and clean. The cleanest room I have stayed in in a long time

Extremely comfortable place to stay
Pros:

The service was superb. Facility spotless. Room was superior with all amenities I could want Air conditioning was perfect for the hot weather the breakfast was the best I’ve experienced in my travels. We got there in the last half hour and it was as good as it was at the first.

Cons:

The road noise on the end suite was a little bothersome but not when I was sleeping
