Amazing comfortable
Pros:

We always stay here when coming to Knoxville. THE BEST BEDS!! 10 minutes from downtown. Plus the staff is amazing. I had a special request and they went above and beyond. Very thankful for there help.

No the worst - not the best stay.
Pros:

Property was in a decent location with options for restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The TV kept going in and out and the room was freezing - the heat was not on when we arrived and after asking the front desk we learned that the heat was unplugged. I feel like that is something that should be checked before putting people into rooms especially in colder months.

We had a great stay and would stay there again.
Pros:

The Bed was great we slept well, the breakfast was a little lacking in flavor however it was well prepaired. The room was excellent, very clean and was even ready a little early for our arrival. Staff was nice and courteous. It was a great stay.

Cons:

The breakfast was well put together but the lacked flavor. Waffle mix was bland maybe too much water but overall it was a nice spread.

Good comfortable night stay. Staff were friendly
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was near the entry door for a short walk.

Cons:

Room was crowded. The king bed was to big for the room. The toilets are to low for a handicap accessable room. People with back and hip problems have a difficult time trying to sit or stand from them. Only cost $20 - $30 more for a 17 -18 inch toilet. Poor selection of television stations in the room for having satellite TV at this price point. Neighborhood around the hotel had homeless people wondering around. Thought it would be located where the downtown skyline could be seen.

Okay stay
Pros:

Nice size suites and pretty good breakfast.

Cons:

Room smelled like sour milk and there was a lot of road noise.

Wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

Clean and friendly staff

Cons:

There was no place to sit outside other than the benches next to the dumpster for smoking
Couch not comfortable
And the chair at the desk look like it had gone through world war 2. Paint peeling in bathroom and a couple of bugs I had to kill in the room
