The property was extremely clean. White glove clean.

Cons:

Omg. For what we pay the breakfast needs to improve. The potatoes were cold. I was expecting pancakes omelettes. What happened to the bacon and the sausages? No waffles. The rooms in July will cost $700 & all we get is cold eggs and potatoes. I was very disappointed. What happened to the boxes of cereal? Where’s the grits? I guess they are at IHOP‼️‼️Kathleen and the person that she was working with were extremely excellent, OUTSTANDING! Excellent customer service
and very friendly. My room was very clean. Cleanest hotel I ever stayed at. Tip worthy!

Pros:

My first name is Scott. My last name is Gudes. Apparently booking.com got the name reversed. when I arrived at the hotel they kept telling me I did NOT have a reservation. I showed them my booking. They said that is Booking.com NOT Honewood/hilton.

Pros:

I love the suites, the king suite is a good value most of the time because you get a small living space plus a kitchenette, it can be homey. But I think there rates can be too much

Cons:

I wish late checkouts were easier to accommodate and they offered special rates for more then one day or returning customers, especially Hilton rewards members. It seems very difficult to get accommodated at this specific location

Just what we were looking for.
Pros:

It was very clean and the staff were very professional.

Cons:

The only negative about the trip was the way in which the room was set up. I would have booked a different room if I had realized that the bathroom was in the bedroom. We have a child under 2 and she goes to bed early. And it was a pain to have to try to get into the room to use the bathroom without waking her up or go to use the restroom by the pool/workout area.
