Absolutely deplorable stay, mold, lumpy beds, broken appliances.
Pros:

Avoid this property. Management does not care.

This stay was defined by neglect, indifference, and a shocking disconnect between price and reality. From the start, it was clear that basic maintenance and cleanliness are not priorities here—and management showed little interest in addressing repeated complaints.

The sleeping conditions alone were unacceptable. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, and the sheets repeatedly slipped off during the night, making restful sleep nearly impossible. The kitchen was equally unreliable: the microwave mounted above the stove did not work, and multiple appliances were broken or malfunctioning, rendering the space only partially usable.

The bathroom was the worst offender. Visible mold was present, a clear sign of long-term neglect and a serious hygiene issue. This is not something a guest should ever encounter, especially at this price point.

What makes this especially frustrating is that these were not isolated issues, but a pattern. Problems were raised and met with indifference rather than resolution. Time meant for a vacation was instead spent managing failures that should never occur in a professionally run property.

For the rate charged, expectations should far exceed those of a budget motel. Instead, the experience was comparable to a cheap roadside motel—except without the honest pricing or basic upkeep. The gap between what is advertised and what is delivered is staggering.

If you value cleanliness, comfort, or responsive management, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.
