Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

El personal de recepción era muy amable

Cons:

La pieza del hotel cuenta con mobiliario muy deteriorado, en el baño el porta papel estaba descolgado del muro y los dispensadores de jabón, shampoo y acondicionador en pésimas condiciones, las batas para piscina descocidas al igual que las toallas. El hotel no cuenta con restaurantes o bares adhoc a la categoría que señala tener. Absolutamente deseocionante.

La ubicación y el spa.

Cons:

La habitación 712 da justo a una turbina que está afuera en el patio y es muy fuerte el sonido de noche. No pude abrir las ventanas para disfrutar del aire.
La cena bufet muy pobre y no está a la altura de un hotel 5 estrellas. El desayuno está bien pero no a la altura.

El ruido en la noche, ruidos de máquinas y bombas del spa que ni dejaban dormir. La pieza además deficiente, televisor muy pequeño, frigobar no funcionaba, muebles de baja calidad. Por el precio que pagué no recomiendo este hotel

El último piso de piscina y gimnasio

Cons:

El recepcionista que nos recibió no era acogedor y empático. El hotel es viejo, pero tiene buena ubicación. Lo peor de todo es el desayuno, muy pobre, sin etiquetas para cada alimento (grave) y poca variedad. Bastante malo para el precio del hotel.

Pros:

Linda vista al.mar, buena ubicación frente a la playa. Habitación espaciosa y limpia

Cons:

Las afueras del hotel sucias, sin limpiar ni las hojas que estaban ahí. Las áreas verdes, con las plantas secas. En el desayuno, el café estaba diluido y siempre escaseaba.
