Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chile are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Se mojaba la habitación y la cama se dividió en varias ocasiones. Un solo ascensor para todo el hotel

Al desayuno le falta un poco. Por el precio el buffet debería ser más completo. Y los jacuzzi del spa son de agua fría. Fallaron ahí

Guardia del show en vivo no nos dejo ingresar aludiendo que estaba lleno, pero había al menos 6 mesas disponibles. Piscina temperada a baja temperatura.
La Habitación amplia y cómoda
Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas está muy de capa caída …Muy poco acogedor … comenzando con el personal , solo el señor que llevaba el auto al estacionamiento fue atento .
No hubo agua caliente para ducharnos , y luego las correspondiente disculpas y un descuento. Mal , no nos gustó el hotel .

Le bain était bouché au début, mais ça s'est réglé rapidement.

Me dio tanta pena ver tan de capa caída al Enjoy.
Personal muy desganado salvo el botones ( peladito) amable y contento. Todos los demas mal.
Lo peor ver el estado de la infraestructura.. lobby feo, planta seca… fuente de agua en el lado izq lleno de bolsas, mascarillas y papeles…subida de autos sin limpiar, llena de tierra y hojas secas, falta de maderas, zócalos y guardapolovos de muchos muebles, alfombra del pasillo de mi piso con tremenda mancha. Puertas de las habitacionescon rallas en su barniz…
No pudimos usar el spa porque estaba con falla electrica pero por ningun motivo lo usaria despues de esta experiencia.
Pero lo peor de lo peor…. El desyuno… no habia nada , pero nada bueno.
Pan malo, café frio y malo, fruta pésima, masitas dulces una pena.
Siento tener que dar este testimonio pero realmente fue decepcionante.

La habitación y su vista, el tamaño de la habitación, el orden, en general la habitación completa.
El desayuno casi nada de variedad, el café de mala calidad y estuvimos sin cable el primer día por lo que tuve que conectar el internet desde mi celular al televisor.

No funcionaba el televisor tampoco la piscina y el desayuno muy pobre
