Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Linda vista, bien ubicado.
Pros:

Linda vista al.mar, buena ubicación frente a la playa. Habitación espaciosa y limpia

Cons:

Las afueras del hotel sucias, sin limpiar ni las hojas que estaban ahí. Las áreas verdes, con las plantas secas. En el desayuno, el café estaba diluido y siempre escaseaba.

Muy buena ubicación, desayuno y piscina. Aunque hay algunos aspectos para mejorar.
Pros:

El lugar está muy bien ubicado. El desayuno abundante y variado, la piscina muy grande y la atención del personal.

Cons:

La alfombra en los pisos no tenía pinta de ser muy higiénica. Faltaba un poco de cuidado en la parte exterior de los vidrios que estaban sucios por las aves. En la piscina pueden mejorar el agua del jacuzzi.

la ubicación maravillosa, pero la habitación un poco sucia, el desayuno decepcionante, por no decir malo, en el baño no había ninguna amenidad, tuve que solicitar gorra de baño, jabón y cotonitos

Malos recepcionistas
Cons:

Lo pasamos muy bien fue muy agradable la estancia hasta el momento de retirarnos, fue muy desagradable ya que los recepcionistas inventaron que habíamos fumado en la habitación cosa que nunca pasó ya que en todos lados habían carteles que esta prohibido fumar haciéndonos pasar un momento horrible por qué en verdad fue algo que no hicimos y nos exigían pagar una multa, finalmente subimos a la habitación a revisar dicha habitación con un encargado a lo cual posteriormente el dijo que no era tanto el olor que sentía, explicamos que si fumamos en las zonas de casino donde si estaba permitido pero no en la habitacion como me imagino mucha gente lo hace y es permitido. Asi que a tener cuidado pensamos que intentaron probar suerte con nosotros.
