This was a very satisfying stay. I also really like Xian, the ancient capital of 13 dynasties. The hotel's facilities, service and hygiene were all top-notch. Thank you to Manager Sherry of the executive floor for her warm hospitality.

Pros:

Everything. Been going to Shangri-la chain for a few times now and has been amazing

Cons:

The only reason I don’t rate 10 like the ones in Shenyang and Manila, is that the staff at breakfast are not very welcoming

值得推荐，会再次选择。

跟家人住了一共7晚，经历了从客人不多到多个团队入住的不同阶段，感觉到宾馆的高水平专业化管理，因为作为客人并没有感到服务的质量因为住店人数改变而有变化。从最基层的员工（餐厅，客房）到较高层级的负责人都表现出了另人舒适礼貌与周到。

我们办理续房时豪华阁的万经理为了一个小问题专门陪同我们到一层前台亲自跟同事沟通，耐心等待，直到问题有了解决办法才告辞离开。 因为没有手机支付软件，礼宾部的 Victor Jiang 细心地为我们订好了高铁票，我们到了高铁站后一切顺利。

总之我们整个入住期间感觉到令人舒适的专业与礼遇。如果再次到西安我们会继续选择香格里拉。

Great grounds and garden area out the back. Full gym, swimming pool, steam, sauna and jacuzzi service was great, breakfast buffet had a great choice. Would stay here again.
