Pros:

Das Shangri-La in Xi‘an hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, besonders das Bett. Das Frühstücksbüffet und das Happy-Hour-Büffet waren sehr umfangreich und haben wir sehr genossen. Besonders positiv zu erwähnen ist das freundliche Personal, das teilweise auch gut Englisch spricht. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Emma Wan, Judy und Drama, die unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht haben.

This was a very satisfying stay. I also really like Xian, the ancient capital of 13 dynasties. The hotel's facilities, service and hygiene were all top-notch. Thank you to Manager Sherry of the executive floor for her warm hospitality.

Fond memories
Pros:

Had a very enjoyable experience at Shangri-La Xian. The rooms were large and comfortable and the staff catered to our every need. Requests were responded to very promptly, and staff were always very obliging, bringing things up to our room within minutes.

Would like to especially commend Alina Li! She made our experience at Tian Xiang Ge restaurant absolutely unforgettable. We had a delicious meal on our last night in Shangri-La. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our stay and our last meal at the hotel will remain a fond memory of our time in Xi'an.
