La ubicación

Cons:

- Había una construcción al frente de mi habitación que no me dejaba dormir por las mañana
- Las habitación no tenía ventana, tampoco balcón, no había forma de tomar un poco de sol desde la habitación
- Los cristales de la habitación estaban muy sucios y la vista al mar no era muy mala por el mismo sucio de los cristales
- El estacionamiento es un poco complicado
- Solo reponen 2 botellas en la refrigerador, aunque se puede pedir todas las que uno desea, entiendo que si hay dos personas en una habitación lo correcto será por lo menos 2 para cada uno… es molesto estar llamando para pedir agua…
- Pedir algo en el área de la piscina es complicado, una solo camarero para todas las personas que estaban en el momento

Buen hotel pero creo que para una estancia relajada no es el mejor
Pros:

La ubicación en Condado es buena, tiene un buen bar en el lobby y una discoteca buena viernes y sábado

Cons:

Había mucho ruido tanto de huéspedes, como de la máquina de hielo pero si te todo una remodelación y construcción cercana. Los martillazos comenzaban temprano.
La segunda noche nos cambiaron de habitación y fue mucho mejor

Best people, best food and drinks
Pros:

This was my fifth stay at this beautiful resort this year, and every time I return, it feels like coming home. Because the property is smaller and more intimate, you truly become part of a family with the staff.

A special thank you to our butler, Alexis. One of the biggest reasons we keep coming back is because of him. He always goes above and beyond, anticipating our needs and making sure every detail is perfect. He makes us feel at home from the moment we arrive.

Thank you as well to Julio in the restaurants for always accommodating our preferences, even when we ask for something not on the menu. Oscar is exceptional with his wine recommendations and always attentive. Santo, the restaurant supervisor, constantly checks on us and genuinely cares that every dining experience is outstanding.

The entertainment team deserves special recognition too. Priscila, Jesus, Mary, and the entire team are amazing. They are friendly, engaging, and make every activity fun without ever being pushy or making guests feel obligated to participate.

And thank you to Alexander at the VIP Club bar for his excellent service and warm hospitality.

I highly recommend this resort. The food and drinks are excellent, the rooms are immaculate, and housekeeping services them twice a day, ensuring that all amenities are always replenished.

This resort is more than just a vacation destination—it truly feels like a second home, and we can’t wait to return again.
