This was my fifth stay at this beautiful resort this year, and every time I return, it feels like coming home. Because the property is smaller and more intimate, you truly become part of a family with the staff.
A special thank you to our butler, Alexis. One of the biggest reasons we keep coming back is because of him. He always goes above and beyond, anticipating our needs and making sure every detail is perfect. He makes us feel at home from the moment we arrive.
Thank you as well to Julio in the restaurants for always accommodating our preferences, even when we ask for something not on the menu. Oscar is exceptional with his wine recommendations and always attentive. Santo, the restaurant supervisor, constantly checks on us and genuinely cares that every dining experience is outstanding.
The entertainment team deserves special recognition too. Priscila, Jesus, Mary, and the entire team are amazing. They are friendly, engaging, and make every activity fun without ever being pushy or making guests feel obligated to participate.
And thank you to Alexander at the VIP Club bar for his excellent service and warm hospitality.
I highly recommend this resort. The food and drinks are excellent, the rooms are immaculate, and housekeeping services them twice a day, ensuring that all amenities are always replenished.
This resort is more than just a vacation destination—it truly feels like a second home, and we can’t wait to return again.

A little disappointed with the Aqua restaurant. The servers were fine but not impressed with the food.
Near the end of our stay, demolition began on a pool/oasis right below our window- there was no warning that this would be happening.
They had concert or very loud music all night then did construction almost every morning, that was disappointing. Also, I requested tea kettle on the arrival, concierge responded they never had tea kettle before. I needed hot water for my tea & I asked for hot water every day. On the third day another concierge said that they have tea kettle & send it to my room after 3 days struggling.
Hotel is beautiful with a lot of pools. By the way, they have two small size hot tubs, the water inside in both of them was disgustingly dirty.
Breakfast for a person over $50 before tip. Food is delicious but over priced.
1. Not getting tea kettle on the arrival.

The location was convenient it’s on the strip and if your have to uber everything is in within close proximity

Loved everything about the property
Access to beach and location! The size of my room and the view from balcony were a 10/10! Adult only pool overlooking the beach was perfection.
Construction, one main pool was closed and under Construction. On our 2nd day a lot of seaweed was washed on shore and continued to get worse as the week went on. No beach cleanup conducted by hotel. Restaurant prices were a little high for mediocre food, even at the pool restaurants, service was slow.

The Staff was exceptional. The location was Amazing. I will be returning. The restaurants was tasty clean and accommodating. Loved the Casino. Everything was so eye appealing. Thanks for the complimentary drinks by the pool.
Housekeeping forgot to vacuum the floor.
