Great location and spa, poor hospitality
Pros:

Phenomenal location and on premises food options, spa services were other worldly.

Cons:

The door to our room was broken and no one fixed it. It let in a ton of light overnight. There was also an adjoining room that made obscene noise (think wall shaking music, scream laughing, etc) on two nights of our stay and hotel staff refused to do anything about it on either evening.

L’emplacement, la vue, les services et équipements (piscine,gym, bars).

Cons:

Manque de crochets pour serviettes et vêtement mouillés dans la chambre. Ça serait un plus.

Beautiful Hotel/Resort with a lot of amenities and comfortable rooms with great views!

Cons:

They’ve got a big parking garage attached to the hotel, but it fills up quick, getting a good spot is hit or miss.

Horrible room service breakfast. Shock when it came in a big brown paper bag with everything plastic.
Was not what I expected for an $80.00 breakfast. Quite disappointing.!

The property was clean, beautiful. You didn’t have to leave the property and go nowhere. Everything was there.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property I just wish some things were a little bit more affordable.

Pros:

Large entrance with a trendy boutique hotel feel. Right on the beach. Our room had the sea view. The location is a plus as well. Walkable everywhere. Our room was fantastic, very large room with everything you need. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Cons:

The lobby would get a little crowded and noisy at nights, turns into a area with a dj but we never heard from the room. Some wait time at the breakfast room. There would generally be a line
