Just a regular hotel not a 5 star experience

Perfect location, near subway and mall Terminal 21
Very good breakfast

Cons:

The quality of the bed linen and bath towels did not meet the level typically associated with the Hilton brand. The sheets felt thin and slightly worn, and the towels lacked the softness and absorbency expected in this category. While everything was clean, the materials themselves did not reflect a premium experience.

Perfect place for couples and family
Pros:

We travelled with an infant and the room was very spacious, had more than enough space for baby to move around and we had a great view with Terminal 21 visible from the room. Excellent breakfast with wide variety of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful and special thanks to Fon / Muay. The location was really convenient, walking distance to MRT and Terminal 21.

Comfort: The bed is incredibly comfortable, making it easy to forget you're in the middle of a bustling metropolis.

The food selection is easily one of the highlights of the stay.
Breakfast: A massive spread that caters to every palate, from local Thai delicacies to classic international favorites. The quality is top-tier. Joy at reception is especially attentive, thank you.
Facilities: The gym and pool areas are well-maintained and offer a perfect escape after a day of exploring or meetings.

You really can’t beat this spot. Situated in the heart of Asoke, you are steps away from:
Terminal 21 Mall for great shopping and food.
BTS (Skytrain) and MRT (Subway) stations, making the rest of Bangkok incredibly accessible.
Final Verdict: If you want a seamless, high-quality stay in Bangkok with no surprises other than how good the service is, this is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back!

Outstanding Hospitality and Executive Lounge Experience
Pros:

Excellent stay at Hilton Ashoka Bangkok. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and the service throughout my stay was outstanding.

The executive lounge was calm and elegant, with good food, quality drinks, and attentive staff. It was a perfect place to relax after a long day and I would like to especially thank, Kaw,Eyevie,Pupe,Nuer,Carfield for their outstanding service.

Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Great location and overall fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

Lovely receptionist - Jam
Pros:

Super hotel that we stayed in when we arrived from the UK for several nights and again the night before we flew back.
Made extra special by the fantastic lady on reception called Jam, and her colleague Aom.
Jam was very considerate and caring and made our stay memorable

Pros:

Amazing staffs!!! Concierge Jui has been so helpful with the advice and tips on what to do etc in the city.
Always a happy face to welcome us when we walk in..
Front person Joy at the restaurant was always happy to see us during our morning breakfast:)
