前台是實習生，很不專業，訂房時已訂有加床，入住時卻告知我們要等15分鐘加床，在旁邊等了半小時再問他好沒，他居然說是可以先進房，15分後會有人到房間加床，那為什麼不是我們入住前就做好，那又為什麼看我們站你面前等不提醒呢，房間設備很簡陋，加床也沒給喝水杯及漱口杯，地上有羽毛

スタッフは皆さん親切でフレンドリー、清掃も行き届いていて清潔、朝食のメニューは豊富で質も高い、アソーク中心部で立地も良い

Cons:

3人宿泊で予約したが、部屋はツインルームでチャックイン時には別途が2台しか準備されていなかった。エキストラベットが追加されたが、とても固くて寝心地が良くなかった。
エグゼクティブラウンジのカクテルタイムのおつまみがやや残念な内容だった。
この２つが残念

The hotel advertises itself as a five-star property, but based on our experience, I would consider it closer to a four-star standard, which was particularly disappointing for a property belonging to a well-known international hotel chain.

We arrived early in the morning and had booked the rooms from the previous night specifically to ensure they would be ready upon arrival. Despite this, check-in took more than 40 minutes, largely because the hotel attempted to charge us a significantly higher rate than the one confirmed through Booking.com. I had to present my reservation confirmation before the correct rate was acknowledged. Frustratingly, the same issue occurred again at check-out, requiring me to provide the confirmation once more, even though the matter had already been resolved at check-in.

We had two rooms on the 20th floor, yet noise from tuk-tuks and traffic was clearly audible throughout the night. The beds were also too soft for my preference and uncomfortable, while the décor and furnishings felt dated and worn.

Overall, the slow check-in, repeated billing discrepancies, poor sound insulation, uncomfortable beds, and dated rooms fell short of the standards expected from a five-star hotel, especially one operating under a well-known international brand.
