I love this hotel. The location is the best when staying in Bangkok. The rooms are very nice and the food is exceptional. As a Diamond member I use the executive lounge and have found this hotels executive lounge to be one of the best. I have stayed at many Hiltons in Bangkok but I always come back to this hotel. The staff is wonderful. I would like to give special thanks to Pinnaree, Tan, and Eyevie who really went out of their way to ensure my stay was fantastic. The breakfast and the executive lounge service was exceptional .

For a hotel of this price the facilities were disappointing
Pool was poorly maintained and not much sunlight
Tv was old style. I would think a smart tv is now standard especially for Hilton brand and the prices
Breakfast was so so.
This was a very poor stay and I will not book again.
- The room AC turns off on auto mode when we leave, so the room is unbearably hot when we return.
- The shower water suddenly becomes extremely hot.
- Reception/bas communication was very difficult to reach; we had to call many times and wait long for responses.
- Late check-out is very restricted.
- No proper parking for guests’ bikes; guests have to wait under the sun.
- Reception was hard to contact, and I was not allowed to speak directly with them.
- After check-out, there was no bike service to take us to the parking, and we were left waiting because “we are busy.”
We deserve proper service for what we paid. This experience was unacceptable—please improve and don’t use excuses, provide real solutions.

It’s fantastic vibe of many sports to watch.

If was such a great experience to stay here for business trip. All the things (location, value, cleanliness…) were perfect as its name, Hilton! Especially I would like to give 100 Score on the Service and Room! I arrived at BKK 5 AM so early morning. It was terrible conditions. I just had worried continuously where I can take a rest now… but My angel ‘KAM’ solved my worries. She gave me early check-in and the room upgrade! She is my lifesaver!
