Pros:

Location was great as it was close to most of the places I was going to. The people where friendly and efficient. My room had a really big window giving me plenty of light

A relaxing holiday with a comfortable room, good food and great overall experience.
Pros:

Everything was great, although the bathroom facilities were a bit dated. Despite this, our room was comfortable and provided us with a restful and enjoyable holiday.

Not what expected of Hilton
Pros:

Safe keeping of my goods is the only thing. I didn’t really like this place.

Cons:

The toilet seat needed repairs. The doors are very heavy and neighbouring guests have no respect when it’s late. The whole room vibrates. I could hear the guest next door while speaking, also his lady friends, and very loud phone ring tones. Plus the worst one which I do not want to hear is them having sex. Not the Hilton I was expecting. The restaurant in the evening a ladyboy working there was not interested in taking my order. So I got up and spoke to the chef direct as ordering. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

いろいろ対応いただいたスタッフの方は良かったのですが、トラブル続きでちょっと印象は良くないです
Pros:

いろいろトラブルのある部屋でしたが、フロントに相談するとすぐ対応していただきありがたかったです。

Cons:

トイレのダクトからタバコ臭が混入しルームチェンジしてもらいましたが、その先の部屋では隣室の騒音トラブルがありました。ダクトの問題と壁が薄い問題と設備的な問題なので仕方ないのですが、印象は良くなかったです。

Overall still satisfied
Pros:

The hotel was excellent, and I was very impressed with their service. After making my booking, I requested connecting rooms, which the hotel kindly accommodated. They also went the extra mile by providing complimentary breakfast for my two children.

The housekeeping service was superb. The housekeeper was incredibly helpful and did a wonderful job tidying up and arranging everything neatly.

A special mention to Max from the concierge team, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Cons:

The air freshener could have a slightly more pleasant fragrance. The breakfast selection could also be improved, as the choices were quite repetitive and almost the same every day.
