Hotel was clean and comfortable just not well managed.
Pros:

The hotel over all was clean

Cons:

We received an email that said that check in was at 3, we arrived and were told that we couldn’t check in until 4pm and our assigned room wasn’t cleaned and ready. We sat in the lobby for an hour waiting while others who arrived after us were being checked in.
The front desk employees were nice but new, One was only 3 weeks into the position and One came in to be trained in on their first day. No Manager on duty.

We had a fantastic time!
Pros:

This is a fantastic place to stay! The staff was helpful and nice. The hotel is clean. The pool was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean and air conditioned. We stayed 2 days and enjoyed everything. Great breakfast too!

Not coming back!

Upon arriving, check-in person told us they would put us into a different room, than what we were assigned to because that one was wet, from problems with air conditioning and had jumping bugs in there!!!! The walls in the room we went into looked like someone shook beverages and sprayed on walls, the trim around bathroom was dirty. Sheets and bedding were clean, but everything else about the room was disgusting! I would not go back to this hotel in the future!!

Wonderful staff, convenient location.

Cons:

Room smelled awful, like old shoes. Looked cheap overall. Cheap room, cheap bedding. Felt like a $100/ night place to crash, not close to $300. Not worth the money.

None of the above would cause us to stay away at another tine, however! Overall, we had a great stay
Pros:

It was fine; just confusing. Took a few minutes to locate plastic ware. Not your fault, just didn’t see it. Couldn’t find bowls for oatmeal. No orange juice or option of any other juice.

Cons:

Could have had a warm blanket in our room.
