Right at the foot of the London Bridge.

Beautiful view of the London Bridge and water. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Large rooms. There is a very nice walkway along the river.

Location and staff

Had an amazing stay. Stayed on the first floor and had an incredible view of the London Bridge from our room. Breathtaking view at night. Room was spacious and clean. Michael at the front desk was great and helpful. If I had one suggestion, stay on top floor, could here people walking above us

The Heat Hotel in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, offers a memorable and comfortable stay that made it an excellent choice for my wife and myself. Located in a prime area near the iconic London Bridge, the hotel provided us with easy access to the various shops, dining options, and attractions that define the vibrant atmosphere of the area.

In our opinion, one of the standout features of the Heat Hotel is the spaciousness and cleanliness of its rooms. Each room is designed to provide a peaceful retreat, ensuring a quiet environment where we were able to unwind. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and order did not go unnoticed, contributing significantly to a restful stay. Adding to the overall positive experience is the attentive staff, who were consistently friendly and helpful. Housekeeping services were exceptional, leaving the rooms tidy and inviting every day.

A particularly memorable aspect of the stay was the ringside view of the balloon festival, enjoyed directly from the balcony. The prices were fair and reasonable, providing good value for the quality of accommodations and service received.

In summary, the Heat Hotel stands out as an attractive lodging option for visitors to Lake Havasu City, blending comfort, convenience, and a touch of local charm that makes every stay enjoyable.

The rooms look out on the London Bridge-lovely! Plenty of restaurants next door and across the street.

Amazing location and atmosphere. We will return

Location was perfect. The room was very comfortable.

The bed was so comfortable. Balcony views were absolutely amazing, maybe the best part. Location was perfect. Every single staff member was awesome.

At three in the morni g when the bar trash decided to party next door the front desk did nothing to solbe the sotuation. The frint desk person berrett was completely uncapable of proformimg his duties to address the situation and we were forced to leave at 3 in the morning due to noise. Upon requesting a refund i was told i reserved through a third party which is an absolute lie. I booked directly off the heat hotel website. The room was underwhelming which whas whatever, but the noise and complete lack of response from the front desk was unacceptable. Under no circumstance would i ever reccomend staying here to anyone!

The excellent view of the London Bridge

No breakfast was served (we knew that ahead), but the coffee/tea was awesome. Didn't partake in the bar drinks available. The view from our room of the Historic London Bridge and Christmas lights across the way with all the Lake Havasu reflections was spectacular, couldn't take my eyes off of it. Our room balcony was beautiful and very much enjoyed. Location was perfect, close to upscale shops and restaurants. Would definitely return again and ask for the same room.

Loved our stay at Heat! Walking distance to many parks, restaurants, shops and water activities. Rooms were very spacious and clean. And the view from the balcony was spectacular!
