Our stay was a wonderful experience.
Pros:

No breakfast was served (we knew that ahead), but the coffee/tea was awesome. Didn't partake in the bar drinks available. The view from our room of the Historic London Bridge and Christmas lights across the way with all the Lake Havasu reflections was spectacular, couldn't take my eyes off of it. Our room balcony was beautiful and very much enjoyed. Location was perfect, close to upscale shops and restaurants. Would definitely return again and ask for the same room.

Location, location, location!

Loved our stay at Heat! Walking distance to many parks, restaurants, shops and water activities. Rooms were very spacious and clean. And the view from the balcony was spectacular!

Great place to stay
Pros:

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. The location is perfect in so many ways. We loved sitting out on the balcony/lanai and watching the boats & people. It was a short walk to all of the activities; restaurants, bars, boat rentals, etc. The room was very clean and comfortable.
