Pros:

Excelente ubicación

Cons:

La recepcionista Beatriz que nos recibió al llegar tiene mala disposición, casi nula ayuda para solucionar problemas. Nunca sonrío y tuvo un gesto de grata acogida.
Todo el resto del personal muy buenos.
El baño no dispone de extractor y solo ponen una toalla de mano.

Great location for walking into the old town and easy to get to. Underground garage for the bikes is great. Nice clean rooms and good breakfast.

Muy buena ubicación.
Pros:

Para un peregrino que hace el Camino de Santiago, está frente al puente que cruza el río Ebro, en el mismo Camino; muy cerca del centro de Logroño.

Pros:

The staff at reception was very friendly and nice

The bath was large and water very hot

The hotel was right on the camino route and close to a lot of shops restaurants and cathedral

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable the light from ambulance came in the window at 330 in the am. The curtain wouldn't close.
I could feel the springs in the mattress

Nicely located but way too expensive for the product being offered. Not a good or fair value at all.
Pros:

It had a very stylish interior and the front desk staff was fairly friendly.

Cons:

The guestroom corridor carpet was tired as was the room’s interior. They need to renovated.

There was no coffee service in the rooms. You had to buy coffee from a vending machine in the lobby.
