Most pleasant family holiday
Pros:

We were greeted by Violeta the lady in charge who could not be more helpful and courteous. The place is really lovely and the pool was excellent it was a most enjoyable family holiday in a really relaxing atmosphere. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely consider another visit.

Lovely spacious apartment
Pros:

We arrived later than anticipated, around 8.30pm. We rang the bell at reception and the housekeeper quickly arrived and we had a speedy check in process, after which we were shown our apartment. The housekeeper is a lovely kind lady and was really helpful with questions we had. The apartment was nice and spacious, we had two rooms, each had its own bathroom facilities. One had a shower, one had a wet room type bathroom but a bath tub would have been nice. Kitchen amenities were adequate for what we required. Apartment was fully equipped with iron, ironing board, broom etc, however there was no mop which may have been useful for the wet room. The only minor negative was there were a few creepy crawlies due to the location!

Fattoria Montignana (Mercatale) Florence Area
Pros:

Vehicle is required. Transportation from Florence to Mercatale is not well detailed in booking arrangements. Once you are there if you have no mode of transportation you will be getting fit, a lot of walking. This is not in Florence it is in the Florence area, big difference (20 kms away outside Mercatale). Taxi Drivers in Florence could not find this addressm and it is approx. a 60 Euro cab ride once the GPS picks up the location.
