Good Location,facilities

Everything was convenient to where I needed to be. Staff was friendly upon arrival and departure.

Issues started before we even checked in. We used the app to select our rooms 25 hours in advance of check in. We selected rooms very thoughtfully because our toddler does not like heights. We were never notified that our rooms were ready so we drove around and I had to call the front desk because I wanted to check in. Upon calling the hotel, I was told there were rooms ready but there was an issue with our reservation. We drove to the hotel only to be told that the rooms requested were not ready and that we were being moved to the 4th floor. We really had no alternative because of how late in the evening it had become. We also were not welcomed as silver members and were not given our water. Our toddler barely slept because she saw out the window when we checked into the room and was afraid. When I expressed how dissatisfied I was with this to two different staff members they made it into my problem and were hostile with me. The room itself was okay, bed was nothing to write home about, there was a distinct smell to the room, and the heating and cooling unit smelt like it was about to burst into flames. Breakfast was passable. It was not the type of experience I expect from a Hilton property at all. I stay at a Hampton for work and 95% of the time I travel and this doesn’t even come close to the experience I have elsewhere.

breakfast was good but not well stocked. eggs were almost gone and there were no plates. This was at 6:45 am.

The pool was nice and we liked breakfast

Everything was great. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, informative and kind, the breakfast had a good variety and was delicious, the exercise equipment was good and the location was great. We will definitely stay there again if we're in the area.

Our room (204) was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was refreshing. The included breakfast was tasty with bagels, scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes and many other options including my favorite - the waffles. The location was very close to Valley Forge National Park, The American Treasure Tour Museum and The Greater Philadelphia Expo Center at Oaks - we saw Cirque Du Soleil. We would definitely stay at Hampton Inn and Suites Valley Forge/Oaks again.
