Great room, very spacious, clean and great cleaning service. Although they do knock early. Great reception (be aware when asking for bus route numbers, they didn't take into account the seasonal changes) that is my only criticism. Pool towels available. Great bar and friendly staff. Airport taxis if booked by hotel is 25 euro fixed price. Slightly away from the main areas but we used Suma10 card and bus generally easy to navigate if you fancy walking its about 20 mins to Russafa area. Beach 30 mins by bus. Taxi 8-9 Euro from main cathedral area to hotel. Overall a fabulous hotel. (We didn't have breakfast, plenty of street cafes)
Nice hotel
Ideal for resting during a family holiday
The hotel is a great location and rooms and pool were very good. Staff were very nice and helpful.
The breakfast was ok but there isn’t an opportunity to buy drinks/coffee until 12pm and pool doesn’t open until 11. Not good if you want an early swim and a coffee but not breakfast.
Gym good, could do with a bit more equipment.
No ball games in the pool was a bit annoying with three boys! It’s a large pool so this was a little harsh.
Excellent Hotel. Rooms are exceptionally good. Everything you need to a high standard. Spotlessly clean. Mini bar, hairdryer, towels changed every day, kettle, tea coffee, shampoo, conditioner, balcony. Really made this a fab holiday.
10 min in cab to beach. Half hour stroll to old Town. 10 min walk to the sciences. Cabs cheap. The pool does have local children but only for about half an hour so it was absolutely fine.
We had breakfast included that was exceptional too.
This hotel truly made our stay in Valencia wonderful.
Paid to stay and enjoy the pool. The pool was packed with locals, not guests. Don’t say here for the pool! It was over run and differently not fun or refreshing. Should have stayed at a cheaper hotel and just walked in and used pool. The restaurant is just the pool bar extended into the foyer. Rooms are fine but nothing special.
Excellent reception
Really lovely hotel to base yourselves to explore all parts of Valencia. We were 10 mins in a taxi to any of the key areas you would want to visit. We used Cabify app with such ease to book taxis, even the one to and from the airport. The hotel room was a little outdated and on the smaller side but it was cleaned to such a high standard everyday without fail. Was nice having a balcony to. Beautiful breakfast, a perfect start to each day. I agree with what others are saying about the lifts, they were small but didn’t have to wait to long for one as there were 2 ok operation. The pool was beautiful, cold when you first get in but if it’s a really hot day it’s refreshing and you quickly get used to it. Massive thanks to management for putting my son’s beloved cuddly toy to one side when we accidentally left it in the room. Their communication was second to none in arranging for a courier to get the toy back the UK. We will be back!
Stayed here while in Valencia. Everything for the most part was nice. It was nice to have a balcony to watch the fireworks. The air conditioning worked amazing! Beds were comfy. The pool was lovely. The only 2 drawbacks was that most of the equipment in the gym was broken. And the elevator were slow and small.
We had booked a family room for an event we were attending , we arrived at 5:45 pm on the 9th of may , when we went to check in we were told that the room was not ready and had to wait until nearly 7pm at night to get to our room , when we eventually got to the room the room service team were still cleaning the room ( we got offered free mini bar and car park for the inconvenience ) we went for some food downstairs at the bar which was of good quality , we had some drinks and decided to call it a night as we had a busy next day ahead of us , when we got to our room and settled for the night we where awoken by a domestic disturbance next door that was that loud it frightened my 12 year old son so badly he wanted to leave the hotel , we contacted the reception to make them aware of the situation and they told us they would deal with it - the disturbance went on for around another 90 minutes or so , it got that bad I had to go to the reception in person , when I arrived at the reception the lady whom I spoke with was very abrupt in the way she spoke with me in relation to the disturbance so In order try and diffuse any further confrontation I returned to my room , the next morning when we got downstairs to check out the lady on reception had tried to charge us for the use of the mini bar and subsequent car parking charges , I quickly made her aware of the fact that we had been told that these charges were to be waived in retrospect of the check in scenario , I then asked to speak to the manager about the disturbance the night before to which she replied that the manager wasn’t there and would not be there for some time so we went and had breakfast , when we returned from breakfast and again asked to speak with the manager the lady replied you can have free breakfast for the inconvenience and the manager would not be available and they could not accept any responsibility for the disturbance as the people in the next room where attending the same event as us “which I refuted in its eniirety" it was then that the receptionist became somewhat abrupt and ignorant , so rather than argue we left the hotel after paying nearly £300 for 6 hours sleep , I would not recommend this hotel .

For us, the location was good for exploring the sights and sounds of Valencia. In between the old town and the beach area. We covered a lot of miles in the three days spent in Valencia
Tried 3 different rooms. All 3 had soft floors next to the bathrooms 1 had visible mold. I had burning eyes, rash and headache within 30 minutes. Receptionist commented that the hotel passed inspection in 2015. Had to leave as they said the rooms were all the same and rebook elsewhere. They also have a zero refund policy for ANY reason. We missed 1 day due to flight cancellation from continued rain. More flooding was a safety concern. They also charged 3 times as much as the 4 star hotel in a safer more accessible area that we stayed in.
Let me preface with how we chose this hotel to begin with
We had to use a specific booking site, due to a gift voucher that was being used to book the accommodation
Someone needs to fix the search words on this site as the primary reason for selecting this hotel was that the site stated it had an indoor pool
The second reason was the location - let’s say it got one out of two correct and we didn’t get our swimming cozies wet
Upon a late arrival, we were welcomed by an extremely friendly and helpful Regina at the front desk
She even said, that if we needed any help, she would be here to help us…….never saw her again
I hope she is OK, cos she was the nicest thing about the place
The other receptionists were nice enough, but they weren’t Regina
The room itself was OK, enough space and facilities with a balcony view of the OUTDOOR pool (which remained closed)
My gripe with the room was that the shower was either Arctic or Volcanic
Breakfast is OK…if you’re there for a short visit
When you’re there for a full week, it can be quite dull pretty quick
Staff were friendly there tho (the old fella may have slight racist tendencies, but I can’t substantiate just because he said a table wasn’t available for us and then promptly offered it to a white family behind us)
On that note - we were there during the horrendous floods and our phones were blaring sirens with Govt warnings to remain indoors
So, imagine our surprise and then disappointment in how the restaurant staff treated us
We went down, hoping to grab something to eat and was told if we didn’t book a table, we couldn’t eat…there were empty tables
I said, but what about the warning about going outside - it was replied with a big grin and a shrug of the shoulders
Nice to know you are being looked after
And whilst I am on the subject of non receptionist staff….we had dirty cups in our room that were never cleared during the week we were there
Would I recommend? For the location possibly, but I certainly wouldn’t stay here again
Arrived during terrible storm but hotel was lovely. Pool area looks like it would be nice in better weather. Breakfast was excellent with all of the usual European choices.
The front desk staff and Jose in the bar were so helpful, great service..
While driving to the hotel we could not easily recognize the entrance to hotel parking. We drove around the hotel 3 times. When I stepped into the hotel to ask the front desk where the entrance was i got a condescending response multiple times that it’s right here pointing towards the front door. The staff person finally came out of the hotel and showed me where the entrance was which is in front of another building. First impression was not good from my initial interaction but in general our hotel stay was fine.
The property was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The only negative was, the bath tub was dangerously slippery and I didn't receive a receipt for my stay.
Great area walkable and transport options close by.
Nice place.
Away from the hustle and bustle of tourists yet very close to the Museum of Arts and Sciences.
