Room was clean but the outside grounds and building were unkept.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok pastries hard boiled eggs and deli cheese. Fruit was always unripe in fact the peach and kiwi i got 5 days ago are still not ripe. We had 2 reservations so this shows only 1 of 5 nights. The staff at reception desk were unhelpful. The room did not have a book with whats available. No restaurant or room service.

Cons:

Front desk staff cold and unhelpful. Behind plexiglass not welcoming and luckily i speak some italian because nobody spoke english

Cons:

Old. Dated. Breakfast room is too big, crowded, loud. The whole hotel was cold. Not 4 star breakfast. Freezing rooms with no furnishings. Definitely not 4 star.

Plutôt un 3 étoiles au style stalinien
Pros:

Coté positif la chambre est specieuse et l hotel dispose d un parking privé.

Cons:

Mais coté déco, le style est entre l hopital et le stalinien. Les équipements et services ne sont pas d un niveau 4*.
Temperature de la douche pas stable, petit dejeuner très simple (et on se fait virer à 9h35, car le service se termine à 9h30...).
2 jours sur 5 sans wifi.
Chambre standard côté parking et voies ferrées, celles coté mer doivent offrir une vue qui compense.

Assistenza al cliente: c'era il giro d'Italia che passava da Salerno ed ho telefonato per sapere se ci fossero problemi a raggiungere l'albergo... mi è stato risposto di guardare sul sito del comune!!!! INACCETTABILE e VERGOGNOSO: alla faccia della professionalità e dell'accoglienza meridionale!
Camera immensa e totalmente "fredda"; bagno con illuminazione a sensore di presenza: mi sono ritrovato al buio mentre mi radevo (complimenti al genio che ha scelto questa soluzione ecologica!). Colazione orrenda: ambiente sgradevole, brioche vecchie, pane posso...

Prix trop élevé par rapport aux prestations. Publicité mensongère :Les photos sur Booking ne représentent pas du tout l’hôtel… l’intérieur des chambres et des couloirs , nous nous croyons dans un hôpital ainsi que l’odeur… Petit déjeuner dans une salle immense avec des tables immenses … une cantine. Nous avons été réclamés à l’accueil vu le prix que nous avions payé par nuit 310 €…. Ils n’ ont fait aucun geste… le pire Hôtel où nous avons dormi depuis que nous parcourons l’Italie,… je ne félicite pas Booking qui propose ce genre d’hôtel….

Muy cómoda la habitación, los colchones almohadas, muy limpio, el baño y los accesorios todo en orden y pulcro. Muy recomendable, ecxelente estadía.
