Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Personal waren sehr freundlich.
Da wir in der 3. Nacht Probleme mit der Lautstärke auf unserem Zimmer hatten, ist man uns bei der Bezahlung des Zimmers kulanter Weise entgegen gekommen.

Cons:

Die komplette Ausstattung des Badezimmers. Und die mechanischen Geräusche in unserem Zimmer Nr. 117

Em casa, bem no centro de Lisboa!
Pros:

Quarto muito confortável. Empregados, desde receção até sala de breakfast e limpeza sempre muito simpaticos. Cookie que nos ofereceram! Localizacao.

Cons:

Pequeno almoco nao foi nada de especial.

The Doubletree daily, warmed, free chocolate chip cookies are the best!
Pros:

Excellent service and very comfortable rooms. Facility is very clean. Rooms have full length windows with retractable shades.

Cons:

Beautiful black marble everywhere without enough white contrast. Lovely. Unfortunately, it made the room a little gloomy for my taste.

Theresa at hotel is great!
Pros:

Awesome experience. Theresa at the front desk is really great. My mom and I had been traveling for 24 hours and were exhausted. She did a great job, even though the hotel was very busy, to get us in the room early to get some well needed rest. She was also very informative about local food and all the hotel amenities. The rest of the staff is great as well! Great central location in Lisbon. Highly recommended!!

Pros:

Good location – the hotel is very well connected by public transport (the nearest metro station is approximately a 10-minute walk away). The staff were very friendly, especially in the restaurant, where they made every effort to meet each guest’s expectations.

As a welcome gesture, the hotel staff sent a cheese platter and a bottle of wine to the room, which added a special charm to the stay.

Cons:

For greater comfort, my colleague and I chose rooms located on the top floor, where there is also a terrace. Unfortunately, due to the rain, it wasn’t possible to enjoy the view and fresh air – which, of course, is not the hotel’s fault but simply due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control. 🙂

The room features a bathtub where the lighting was not working. Additionally, because of the bathtub’s position, showering while standing is somewhat inconvenient – especially for taller guests – as the rain shower head is installed lower than the height of the guest’s head. 🙂 This might be something worth reconsidering in terms of design.

The room could also have been cleaned more thoroughly. The furniture, particularly the bed, felt somewhat dated and certainly not up to the standard one would expect from a Hilton.

A stay at the DoubleTree
Pros:

I had been to the DoubleTree in Lisboa before and as before, it was an excellent place to stay. The staff was very willing and able to help me with my issues. The rooms are nice and the food is excellent. There is a fish market across the street, so the chef can walk across the street and pick the house special for that night. One night I had the Sea bass w/mashed potatoes and hazelnut. The breakfast area is also very nice.

Wonderful Family Stay
Pros:

In January 2026, I spent a wonderful four days at this hotel with my family. Overall, the staff were extremely helpful and understanding, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the beds provided excellent sleep quality. Breakfast was rich in variety and absolutely delicious, offering something for everyone.

Upon our arrival, Igor at the reception was especially helpful and welcoming—I would like to thank him sincerely. I would also like to extend my special thanks to Motaz, Solomon, and Diogo from the restaurant and bar areas for their excellent service and friendliness.

It was a truly satisfying and pleasant stay, and we would be happy to return again.

Pros:

There is an assortment of food for breakfast and friendly staff to serve. Overall team at DoubleTree is very professional and made the stay very enjoyable.

Cons:

Bedroom had a modern design but some furniture started showing it's age and may require an update.
