Pros:

Номер був абсолютно не готовий до заїзду. Брудна кімната. Брудне килимове покриття, поганий запах у кімнаті, брудні стіни, меблі. Обдерті поверхні. Серед ночі спрацювала пожежна сигналізація! Просто не можливо було заснути та відпочити!

Lizbona piękna, portugalczycy bardzo przyjazni , pogoda bajka, hotel rewelacja na odpoczynek...:)

Lokalizacja rewelacja, łóżka mega wygodne, pokój czysty, widok z tarasu warty tej ceny, obsługa bardzo pomocna. Polecamy.

Para Hilton los clientes somos pontenciales “ladrones”

Estilo moderno accesible y buena ubicación para Lisboa.

Cons:

El personal de recepción nos cobró una fianza que según indicaciones de los recepcionistas “por si rompemos o robamos algo”. Me ha parecido un completo insulto a los huéspedes usar personas con tan poca delicadeza para dirigirse a los clientes. No volveré a pisar un Hilton NUNCA

Wanted to like the stay...
Pros:

Check-in was pleasant and breakfasts were adequate. Our first issue was in the bar. Even though there were several employees milling about they couldn't seem to serve us so we eventually left. After leaving written instructions for housekeeping to leave the room settings as we left them, the air conditioning was turned off ( which we didn't discover until awakening in the middle of the night in a stifling hot room). It must be a management directive to turn off the air conditioning since it was in writing not to change settings. The next morning desk staff said it could be reset by calling the desk...however, after waiting in the room for the reset or for someone to come, no one came. Went back to the desk and had to wait in the lobby since the room was uninhabitable. No room change was offered as they stated they were "sold out". This is what they call "full opera service"...very disappointed. No need to comment on the decor...

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Personal waren sehr freundlich.
Da wir in der 3. Nacht Probleme mit der Lautstärke auf unserem Zimmer hatten, ist man uns bei der Bezahlung des Zimmers kulanter Weise entgegen gekommen.

Cons:

Die komplette Ausstattung des Badezimmers. Und die mechanischen Geräusche in unserem Zimmer Nr. 117

Em casa, bem no centro de Lisboa!

Quarto muito confortável. Empregados, desde receção até sala de breakfast e limpeza sempre muito simpaticos. Cookie que nos ofereceram! Localizacao.

The Doubletree daily, warmed, free chocolate chip cookies are the best!

Excellent service and very comfortable rooms. Facility is very clean. Rooms have full length windows with retractable shades.

Cons:

Beautiful black marble everywhere without enough white contrast. Lovely. Unfortunately, it made the room a little gloomy for my taste.

Theresa at hotel is great!
Pros:

Awesome experience. Theresa at the front desk is really great. My mom and I had been traveling for 24 hours and were exhausted. She did a great job, even though the hotel was very busy, to get us in the room early to get some well needed rest. She was also very informative about local food and all the hotel amenities. The rest of the staff is great as well! Great central location in Lisbon. Highly recommended!!
