La distribución de los baños no era muy cómoda, ya que ducha y lavamanos se encontraba separado de wc.

The location is perfect, the facility is gorgeous, the staff is well trained and pleasant.
The closure of the rooftop pool at 7 pm in the summer as opposed to 9:00 is absurd. Worse, we went to use the pool during the day and were turned away because it was “booked for a private event.” This is unacceptable, and I will not stay here again for this reason. Hotel guests come first. If your facility is insufficient to serve guests and book private events then DON’T BOOK PRIVATE EVENTS. They are telling the guests who matters more - guests or making money. It’s not guests. It’s a real shame that they do this because this really is a nice hotel.

Very cool and quiet rooms situated very close to the LGBTQI+ spaces in Chueca.
The pool deck is gorgeous but somewhat limited in sitting/lounging space; get there earlier than you think to secure a spot!

The location was absolutely perfect. Right in the middle of everything near Gran Vía and the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around without a car. My room on the 6th floor was clean, quiet, and a really good size with a comfortable bed. The staff were super helpful when I arrived, and the rooftop bar has a nice view for a night out.
The lighting in the bathroom could be a bit brighter at times. Also, slippers weren't already waiting in the room when I checked in, though the staff were nice enough to give me a pair for free as soon as I asked. Other than those minor details, I didn't encounter any issues at all during my stay.
Ho alloggiato per 16 giorni in questo meraviglioso hotel nel centro di Madrid. Il personale è molto professionale e cordiale (grazie davvero a Dante che mi ha dato preziose indicazioni), l'hotel è collocato in una posizione comoda per spostarsi sia con i mezzi che a piedi. La colazione eccezionale e le camere ampie e pulite.
La piscina e il bar sul terrazzo con vista su tutta Madrid sono stati un luogo di rifugio durante le giornate calde. Insomma è molto di piu di quello che ci si aspetta da un 3 stelle. Di certo la prossima volta che tornerò a Madrid alloggerò di nuovo qui.
