Highly recommended stay and you won’t be disappointed

Hervorragende Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wünsche nach der Lage wurden erfüllt. Sehr gute Ausstattung des Zimmers, tolles Design, Bademäntel, Kaffee, Tee, Wasser.

Cons:

Die Matratze war uneben und man rollte zur Seite.
Reinigungskraft vergaß einmal ein Handtuch, dann Milch und Kaffee.

Disfrute y relax en el centro de Madrid
Pros:

Nuestra estadía en Room Mate Óscar fue excelente. Tanto las instalaciones como el servicio estuvieron a la altura de nuestras expectativas. Lo que más disfrutamos fue el área de la piscina, que a partir de las 19:00 se abre al público y se transforma en una agradable terraza donde se pueden disfrutar cócteles mientras se contempla el atardecer. Sin duda, fue uno de los puntos destacados de nuestra experiencia.

Best hotel - Best Mate
Pros:

This hotel is so central, just off of Gran Via in the heart of Madrid. The hotel is modern but v comfortable and the beds in the room were amazing!!! Lovely and quiet and we had the best sleep ever!!!

Cons:

The only thing we found to be lacking was lighting in the room, even with all the lights on, it was dimly lit.
