A great stay in a lovely room
Pros:

The room was beautiful and spotless the staff were attentive and really helpful nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location close to shops bars and restaurants - the staff in the roof top bar were fantastic and always busy making the place look tidy clean and well cared for, the views from here were lovely with the added bonus of cold water misters to keep cool .

Cons:

The drinks in the bar were very pricey which made us go elsewhere for drinks

Bon hôtel mais espace piscine très décevant

Propreté, situation géographique, chambre spacieuse

Cons:

La piscine. Le rooftop a été rénové depuis mon précédent séjour en juillet 2025 et j’avoue que c’est très décevant. L’espace transats a été réduit au profit d’une zone VIP payante (60€). Ainsi, les quelques transats gratuits sont pris d’assaut. Ce n’est pas normal pour ce niveau d’hôtels. De plus, la piscine n’est plus accessible à partir de 19h, et ce en pleine canicule. Je ne reviendrai plus en été dans cet hôtel.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, le confort du lit

Cons:

C’est un très bel hôtel, mais ce n’est pas de notre goût. Nous n’avons pas aimé le style de la chambre, ce grand divan qui était super dur qui prend la moitié de la chambre, les fenêtres où on est enfermé et on ne peut même pas ouvrir pour aérer. La lenteur des ascenseurs.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Central location very lively good food and shopping all in easy walking distance . Big shout out to staff at reception especially Jimmy so helpful with directions and suggestions.

Cons:

The occasional smell of sewerage but seems to be common problem.

Pros:

Really friendly hotel, clean and comfortable. Very well located, near the Grand Via and we walked everywhere. Has a cool vibe with the rooftop pool and vibe, though can get busy.
Breakfast was pretty standard, wide range of continental meats, cheeses, fruits and pastries. They had a selection of packaged gluten free bread rolls and cakes that they warmed and brought out for my coeliac daughter.
