Cons:

Ascensors espatllats els 3 dies. Ascensors d servei , col·lapsat d gent. Sentiem les obres.Esperar 30 minuts i baixar al final a peu. Haver d pujar maletes grans al 4rt pis.,no és normal.Cap empatia dels treballadors. El dia d marxar un noi em va voler ajudar les últimes escales.
Coneixia la cadena hi havia tingut millor experiència.

Me alojo varias veces al año por trabajo y siempre había estado fenomenal pero esta vez me he decepcionado un poco

Cons:

Las chicas de la limpieza hacen muchísimo ruido a primera hora de la mañana( antes de las 8), con golpes de puertas y gritos entre ellas impidiendo el descanso

Personale garbato e gentile pronti a dare consigli .

Cons:

Il condizionatore di aria calda ha dato qualche problema non funzionando e l ultimo giorno non funzionava acqua calda .

Wonderful Stay!
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location in the very Centre of Madrid. The room was clean and had all the amenities and facilities needed. The breakfast buffet was super great with so much variety of items. The staff were super friendly. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely come again in my next visit to Madrid.

Top Hotel in bester Lage, top Personal und super Deluxe Suite im obersten Geschoss.
Pros:

Die Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden ist perfekt, alle tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
In unmittelbarer Umgebung steht man im Leben der Stadt mit Gastrohighlights und Amusements.

Pros:

Location, cleanliness, room size, and luggage hold were all excellent.

Cons:

We were told that the room stays warm so we must open the windows. However, despite the windows being open and our sray in the peak of winter, sadly the room were too hot at times. A fan would've helped. We also came during the hotel's renovation so the terrace was inaccessible. Saving that for the next visit.
